  1. Well put your noddle back in your pants to start with. Yes, the stud your talking about is the eccentric screw, its like a cam, when you loosen the nut under it and turn it, it adjusts how the shift shaft grabs the star. The claws have to be set perfect with the same amount of gap on both sides or it will shift like dog shit. Says the same thing and shows pics also in the clymers. I have pics of what all mine looks like and how to set it, but just go look at your clymers man. Its VERY simple to adjust and set right.
  2. I think your the ONLY one man. Mines been killer with the rest of the mods ive done to help shifting also. (SHift pro shift kit with easy spring and roller bearing also i modded my shift shaft). Shifts like a honda now. How olds your shift shaft and spring? Eccentric screw set right so that the shaft moves the star properly? Mabey adjust it properly. Because its a KICK ASS MOD

  10. IMO i would run a 48, N68A needle and 158-160 mains. Then check.
  11. I don't have a gasket for it but $20 shipped for the cover anywhere. You can cut your own gasket for like 2-3 bux. Its what i did on my billet one, no leaks.

  15. Motion Pro has a nice braided cable. I bought one over winter, just havent instaled it cause the one i have is still good. I run a fast clutch and shorty ASV's, works great still. I just lube the shit outa the cable ever so often.

  17. Christan, i have some stock silencers for cheep if you want them. No head pipes though. Used them for target practice years ago. Can get them out to you fast as your only a few hours away.

  21. Nope you just have to push and wiggle it around as hard as you can :laugh: :laugh: No you don't have to pull the tank off...its easier with it off as theres more room to work, but you can pull the head of in 10 mins after you drain the coolant first. Simple job man.
  22. Wade, we can get you spot on, on the carb jetting buddy. I vouch for the pipes as there were mine and there really nice + brand new packing also...they sound and preform really nice. And jesse...whats wrong with my sig bro...its fine, your just seeing things again :thumbsup:
