  3. I FUCKING TOLD you they fit man...jesus christ..what did i tell you 10 times man...ermmmm.. Just shim the hangers with some washers like i said 10 times yesterday and be done, easy piezzy up and easy. For the clamps, for now just use some heater core hose or hydraulic hose for 25 cents at the hardware store with worm clamps and be done. Once you put GOOD NEW pipe springs on and lube up the o-rings in the pipes, the pipes will snug up to the cyl right away or when you get the motor warm. I got some regular pipe hangers .if yours are broken or cracked. $10 shipped.

There the same, just like i said 50 times to him, hes not doing it correct..hell its not even hitting the upper a-arm even close anyways.....I would get them in in 10 mins as could other peeps. I got a $100 on it. If they did change anything, its nothing extreme to not let them fit ALL banshees....... I gave up an hour ago trying to help in the shouter. If all else fails it's BFH time. J/K
  5. There the same through the years the pipes. Hes not turning and twisting them and the bars to get them in properly....fail
  6. Stick a shit load of oven cleaner inside the pipes then plug the ends and shake it all around for a lil while and let sit for a half hour to an hour. Then shake it again and unplug and drain then rinse with water. Try your darnedest to not get it on the outside of the pipes. Lightly grease/lube up the o-rings at the bottom of the pipes with your finger, any kind is fine. Then stick the pipes on the exhaust port opening and wiggle them around till they go on as much as you can, ( yes you will need some muscles some times as some are stubborn as all hell) then grab your springs and stick them on. I stick them on the motor side first then i use needle nose vise grips to stretch them and get them on the pipe tabs (yes theres a lil tool for this but why waist $10 on one when needle nose pliers work good). You should Have to force them on and they Should be a bitch to get the springs on, harder to get on the better, so that will snug the pipes up to the cyl fully. If your springs go on real easy, then there too worn out, so get 4 new springs, there cheep. Also if the o-rings are worn, cracked or have a decent flat spot, replace them now since there off, then they wont leak. Again there cheep. Just twist and turn the pipes every which way till you find the way they go in from the side, every style of pipes kinda go in diff,. They will go, just you will find the way by turning and twisting them around till they go. After that the stinger tubes will line up good. So why is it "shame on you"?

  10. IMO, thats a size or so to big on the pilots. I would stick the 52's in. Thats proly not the problem but I would be trying the 52's anyways. What needles are you running in the 35's and what clip are they on?...makes a good diff going from half to full throttle getting it all set right. But with shearers, its not going to be a smooth transition from off/on the pipe power. It's more like, wait for it, wait for it....then BAM..on the the power right now!!!

  15. Shit man that sucks right there...... Funny thing is, same shit happened to me like 4 years ago. Had my lil jerry can strapped to my stock grab bar...went for a ride for a few hours, then hit a long lil whooped out section and then all of a sudden BAM...stopped dead in my tracks and smashed my chest protector on the bars. Motor stopped dead also...thought it locked up on me till i looked at the back to see my strap went loose and the strap AND jerry got caught up in the chain and sprocket and gas was going every where as the jerry was shredded to hell..shit was hilarious though. But nothing got bent all up like yours damn.

Now that its cold out and you didnt richen up your jetting at at.If you keep riding it like this your going to melt the pistons and fuck shit up real quick. Lucky you havent yet. Go up 2 sizes on your mains and do a PROPER plug CHOP. Do all the steps to a T...DONT miss or mess with any of the steps or its point less doing one.   23. Im sure i told you a while back in a thread how to get it to work flawlessly. I haven't had an issue with my new style one what so ever or it wouldn't be on my bike. Sold my old one to a guy on here while back and CRJ sent him a new one for free and his works fine also last i heard.... Bump/jack for joe.
