  1. I dont know about in the States but where im from you'd probably get offered the bolt that mounts the shock and nothing more for $45. Surely no one would let their shocks go for that price???? or if so i'll take em! stu
  2. yeah i think there made to be shorter than your normal trousers as they tuck in the boots....i certainly wouldnt want them longer than your ankle if you look at bike leathers (the 1 piece suits) they are shorter on the legs too for the same reason stu
  3. i hear ya Ducman 4.20 ia a time we all enjoy once you get her all put together why not give it a try, let us know how it runs. never know you could be statring a banshee revolution??! stu
  4. Like DMCBanshee then.....go check the thread "my snow jump" on page 2 of the images forum. Why not make a jump in the snow bansheefreestyler?? at least you got a softer landing than dirt stu
  5. The PT's are a great pipe but I totally destroyed mine. If you ride some real rocky stuff id go with the fattys. where the PT's bend below the frame mine were so dented they hardly flowed air just my $0.02 stu
  6. Congrats man thats sweet news stu
  7. haha good work bansheerider......now go out and kill some more raptor ass stu
  8. i used to work in the facory that they make the new mini cars in. even if the car goes down the line totally fucked (and believe there are some bad ones!) it'll just get prepped up once its off the line and sold as new. good 1/3 of the factory employees were "re-workers". thats all they did, bodge the shit ones and get rid stu
  9. i think alot of 250r's use something like that over here....but they direct the air into the rad and its a cool place to put stickers i think thats the main reason people have them stu
  10. heres a cut mini tyre used on the front for mx.... stu
  11. sorry guys i meant mini tyres from the car. the original car......one of these! i was thinking of using the stock tyres from a car stu
  12. how do you think mini tyres would work for supermoto and speedway on the front? theres no way on earth i can afford a set of hoosiers or anythin and i know my uncle could hook me up with some old mini tyresfor real cheap. Alot of people here cut a tead pattern in them and use them for mx when its dry, just a thought at the moment! cheers stu
  13. D34.......is the second rear caliper on your bike controlled by the fron master cylinder or a thumd brake or something???? I know a guy round here thats got a valve so the front brake controls the rear as well but he can still use the rear seperately. How does your setup work mate?? stu
  14. let him know that everyone here in banshee land wishes him all the best and lets hope he makes a perfect and speedy recovery. it brings home how dangerous something we all do is......everyone needs to wear the protective stuff especially a helmet. we've heard ll too often what can happen when riding bikes and need to minimise the risks, after all whats the point of not wearing a helmet??? hope he enjoys being at home with everyone who cares for him around stu
  15. they suck it trails and climbs??? dude where are living.....mars? a banshee has won the Pont de Vaux 12 hr race for about 4 years or something. I ride mine on trails and climb hills all day long and it plain kicks ass if youve got a drag motor and a +6 swinger then maybe they do suck in anything but sand......but at least you know if your on a bashee your gonna be stu
  16. there is a way of doing it......on the old, old, old forums there were about 3 or 4 threads on how to install it. I think those threads will have been deminished to history now though Holyman or boonman might be able to help/ remember what fans were used and how how tey wired them??? sorry cant be of more help stu
  17. do they do these in a 18" rear?? on the maxxis site i could only find the original razr in a 18. wouldnt mind trying out a pair of these stu
  18. that sounds like your exact problem.....pretty common as the cushions are only rubber. I replaced mine about a year and a half ago with a hinson form RM ATV. stu
  19. he was racing mx with a swaybar?? i wasn't aware they could take the hammering that an mx track gives your bike....and wouldnt it really affect your sus setup when jumping etc?? if it could take the hammering it seems like a logical idea i assume I just want it for the supermoto and speedway and its pretty cheap, hopefully no one else will bid...... stu
  20. the seller tells me its a lonestar racing sway bar....im going to bid on it and if it doesnt fit i can have some fun making it fit....ill get the BFH out and threaten it stu
  21. im looking into this swaybar on ebay <CLICKY> ive got duncan +2+1 arms and reiger shocks on the shee and want to know if it will fit with my setup as ive had no experience with swaybars. I want to ride supermoto and some grasstrack/speedway in the summer and this would help out! stu
  22. it defo worth it for riding mx and tight trails....it gives you insane traction and cuts down the turning radius. its supposed to be easier to jump as well because it helps cancel out the shees front weight bias you can buy a new swinger but thats $$$ or cut your stock one down. i know a few people on here have a cut stock swinger.....search the forums and find out stu
  23. theres quite a few techno nights where i live...its cool to go out nand rave too but no where near as good as drum 'n' bass. although theres nothing like going to a bands gig stu
  24. I bought a stock length chain and then just matched it up with my old one and cut it down to size. we didnt have a chain breaker so the angle grinder came out to play stu
