hey guys, anyone live in or near Missoula or preferably anyone here been by the University of Montana in Missoula??? im to get a year of my college course out there and would appriciate any info on the place. just stuff like what u can do locally...climbing, kayaking, mountaineering and that stuff, and whats the place is like generally?? unfortunately the shee would have to stay over here as shipping would be insane for a bike from the UK i assume and storage would be kinda a prob . any comments would be sweet!! cheers hq stu

if you ride on rocky surfaces id well advise against the PT mids. they bend below the frame rails and get dented easily, they are strengthened at that point but they still dent! check this out, these are my PT mids before i changed to DMC's just MHO stu

ive got the pyramid racing reeds and cages on my shee and im pretty sure the reed petals are worn/bent/fooked!! the reeds dont close against the cages proporly and so i was looking into getting some replacements. everything here in UK is sooo bloody expensive im calling on you guys in te US to help me out! where would you say the best place to pick up a set would be and how much $$ should i be looking to pay?? cheers stu

just read your other post.... id buy a few tools and do a top end rebuild. its really straight foward especially with this site, everybody here will literally guide you all the way through it and help with any problems you might find. and snap some pics when its apart and i bet someone here will tell you the problem straight away!! oh yeah, and buy a bible...aka Clymers Manual. that will take you through all shee maintainence step by step stu

if theres no water and you run the engine it will seize up. it is fixable but if its a case of just adding water i know what id rather do have you run it without water in the system or it just was delivered dry??? DONT RUN IT if its got no water in there!!!!! stu

ive recently taken up climbing, only indoor unfortunately as its getting really wet outside now. i know alot of the best crags in the world are in US so thought id post. cant wait till i can start doing ascents of some severe mountains, those adventures look sooo fuggin sweet. stu

thats a british legend......and the cheapest ive ever seen one!!! you cant pick one up that cheap here in the UK. the brakes and the handling are stunning but if you want to keep up with the modern 600's take a look at the daytona 650. id snap up that offer led, it would even be worth buying, riding for a month and selling again at that price! stu
