  6. im pretty sure you couldnt go wrong with quicksand +2+1 arms with dual rate works shocks with ressies a good combo and not too much $$ compred to other makes. although PEP and axis suspension is the boll*x!!! from what ive heard stu

  14. I think every quadders been there at some stage.....defo not something i want to try again though, damn that looked like it hurt If only i had a vid going when I came off my warrior a few years back, overcooked a corner into a ditch and sumersalted a couple times in mid air till i hit the floor, from what my mates said it sounded like a comedy fall 1 broken shoulder and a torn up leg later we all had a good laugh at it. but then had to ride back to the car stu
  15. i think ill cut them apart with a dremel over easter and then spend a while looking around for a cheap place to get them TIG welded back together. my uncle is a pro MIG welder so he'll be my first point of call....ill get some pics of what im doing in a few weeks for yall stu
  16. haha lmao thats too harsh!!! happy b'day Ben....have a good one! stu
  17. i run the DMC alien pipes with the dual silencers and love them. sound sweet, make good power and look nice too i used to run PT mids and i prefer the dmc's, although my PT's were rather destroyed!! you wont be dissapointed with these pipes stu
  18. as said before just try to keep the revs really close to the powerband....it can get quite hard to ride if you stay in the power all the time but youll get used to it, and everyone else will have to just admit there too slow for your shee stu
  19. so you have the option of a car and a shee and a streetbike, or just a car. well i got a shee and a streetbike with no car its gonna stay that way too. bikes are sooo much more fun than cars dude, no decisions need to be made!! stu
  20. im defo not trying to stir shit up although i think some may not like this comment. im totally with bdbanshee, if you dont like the topic or think its shite dont reply......to be honest alot of the shit replys come from longer serving respected hq members. if everyone ignores the shit topics these dumbasses will get bored and not bother any more. just my $0.02 on the matter stu
  21. definately use an impct driver or air gun or something along those lines. also put your bike in gear and get a buddy to stand on the back brake, this wont hold it right up to the torque but it sure does help stu
  22. 600,000rpm....so about half throttle then, my shee revs to over 1,000,000rpm no wonder that powerband is soooo much fun!! cheers for the help guys, this is a spare set of pipes and there not in a good way! got some DMC's on the shee now, doesnt really matter how they end up so ill try a few things over easter and report back stu
  23. haha LMAO.......such useful posts stu
  24. would the pipes have to be TIG welded back together?? my uncle is a pro MIG welder but has no TIG equipment. Ill try the ice idea when I get back to home cheers stu ooooppppss looks like i put it in the wrong forum
  25. i remeber a post about this a while back but the search resulted in no threads is there a simple way of removing dents in pipes?? i got an old set of PT mids sat in the garage but there all dented up on the bottom where the pipes bend below the frame rails....silly design if you ask me!! Theres no point in th pipes being thrown away iof they can be ressurected from the dead!! heres a pic of one of the dents: stu
