Im running 4mm crank with blaster pistons. I have a pro design cool head with 17cc domes on. They did touch slightly, I just had a base gasket made. As far as I remember the ports lined up perfect.

I've got the pro taper mid bar. It would depend on how tall you are. My rule of thurmb is that your arms are not higher or too much lower than your shoulders. This seemed to help me with arm pump, with my hands about 10cm lower than my shoulders.

I looked into Nitrous a while back and found a kit built for the shee from NXpress. Not sure if you have them that side! :ermm: They had a 60hp kit!! :shoothead:

Was thinking of using a stainless steel grinder blade. We use the same blade to cut ally plates at my factory. Also cuts through mild steel like butter and leaves a nice smooth finish. Will probably do it over the december period, will def post some pics here. :wink:

Awesome write up man, I have a set of re valved 450 shocks already fitted that I picked up real cheap. Now I have a perfect set of 450 a arms and tie rods for free, been thinking about doing this for quite a while now. One question though, how does the location of the grease nipple sit now? Does the grease still stay inside? I was thinking of just welding the part that has been cut off back on the other side, what you think??
