  1. from what the guy who is going to do my motor he says that the shearer small bore inframes would be good for the kind of setup you have
  2. not sure about the wrench on the seat but on my stock carbs it just pushes in and might take a pair of needle nose to pull out and is held in with a tab that looks like a c and bolted on with a phillips screw
  3. sounds like it might be the float needle sticking and the fuel in the line to the carbs is draining out. you can try and replace the needle and seat or if you want to check the float height i think it is .75 to .80 that is with out the gasket. turn the carb upside down and measure from the base where the gasket goes to the bottom of the float.
  4. i was running mikuni 34 on my motor with just a mild clean up port job and it killed the pickup. it ran great on topend like you said. i put the stock carbs back on and runs 100% better i actually picked up over 2tenths i 500ft dirt drags where we run
  5. kevin is a real cool guy do a search under this forum on porting stock cages personly i didn't do it so can't explain but i checked and there is some posts and pics on here. i think but not sure that you can use boysean reeds but have to make sure they are the 2 piece reeds. for the spring i just installed a dirt digger clutch kit and it seems to work well with the setup i run know.
  6. need a set of shear small bore out a frame drag pipes sorry, shearer
  7. if not i would have it trued and welded
  8. thanx everyone  check out wwwmotosport.com looks like they have great prices on 4mill kits
  9. who sells the best 4 mill crank, and would you go with a standard rod or 5+
  10. then i would keep what you have or maybe try 28's but no bigger then 30's
  11. still fine
  12. pc is great just had mine done this yr. car paint will work but will chip off. that price is about right. so if you have the money i would go with it
  13. like dajogejr said a air leak is not good had a intake boot crack one time and was sucking air and caused it to run with the kill switch pulled out had to yank air filters of and cover the carbs to get it to stop running
  14. you will be fine with just 93 if your compression gauge is right just checked your sig. 125 sounds little low for your shaved head it should carry that stock
  15. it depends on what kind of port you have. if you would put to big of a carb on then it can handle you will kill it
  16. 150 and i'll take them
  17. looking for a set of 34 pj's or mikuni carbs.
  18. my cylinders are now currently .080 over i am thinking of getting them drag ported. is it worth going with the vitto big bore sleeve's or just keeping the stock sleeve's in. would be just using the vitto sleeves and nothing else. how much gain would i get with the big bore sleeve's over the stock?
  19. everybody on yfz that is winning where i race is shifting without the clutch on the rev limiter. not say that it is the best way, but if you think about it, it works just like a air shifter works. anyway if you wanted to go with a override on it they only make a second through fourth for them right now i think. just my .02.
  20. lol steve you have noticed how he is too. well guess he doesn't know everything does he.
  21. yes they are stock a-arms yes they are stock a-arms and think the site is crjperformance.com i wouldn't use it other then draging or circle track
  22. i have those on mine but i only use it for draging you can't jump or trail ride with them. they work for me draging
  23. crj is the kit i used to lower mine. i think it works fine. i drag it about every weekend and haven't had a problem with it. its quick and easy. here is a pic of my shee with it on if you haven't seen it yet. here's from the side
