A nice 4mill dune ported stock cyl engine with 35's on race gas makes a really nice and most of all a FUN dunner. :thumbsup:

just a FYI, i know im late, i used an a 1 1/4 on mine. same size that fits the nut that holds the clutch basket on. :thumbsup:

What kind of duals are you looking at? I've got barkers on mine and boy do they thump. The pipes, intake and pc3 will wake the bike up a bit.

The ones I have on the front of mine are 12" eye to eye and they make my a-arms level. :shrug:

I totally disagree with that statement. My 'shees are way cheaper. the first shee didnt get jealous when i brought home a second shee. never had to take either shee out for an expensive dinner. i have also ridden the mess out of the shee and it has never complained. and if i ever get tired of em, i can just roll em down the hill and not get in trouble for it. :teehee: congrats on the 'shee. :thumbsup:

Were you careful to make sure the rings didnt move around on the piston, off of the locating pins, as you were installing the cylinder in question? :shrug: did you check ring gap on both cylinders?

there are some folks out there that cant handle a banshee and they are scared of em. :shrug: evidentally, that fella decided to ride it up and down the street and wear the tires down enough to know that it was too much for him. :geek:

I would look for a known builder to get you your parts for a 4mill. From what I understand, some of the cranks (straight out of the box) are seperating. And you will want to get someone to weld it and true it before putting it in the bike. :thumbsup:

most aftermarket heads use o-rings. If your stock head hasnt been tampered with, you will need a regular head gasket.
