  1. have you got a front brake master cylinder w/ lever?
  2. in my opinion that is too much compression for pump gas. i believe 155-160 is the limit and that's really pushing it if you have your timing advanced any. as for the boots, not real sure. you may have to go to a hardware store and get creative. i know the dia. on the mouth of those pwks is right around 2" or 50mm if you are using the metric system. lol im not sure on the dia on the inlets on the air box.
  3. try running it with the choke on and see what that does. judging by your sig you are ported and i am assuming you are using stock carbs.
  4. it doesnt seem like you are getting the point. your little story in the beginning of this thread makes you sound like a lawbreaker and confirms what you said about yourself being immature. and as for the ball busting, you're swinging but your not hitting on anything. Only thing getting smoked over here would be a pork loin or even a turkey depending upon the occasion and what day of the week it is. :biggrin:
  5. from where i see it, you did just that. You singled out the ones of us whom abide by the law and the rules. I dont really know why you feel the need to call anyone out on this. IMO it makes you look like a bit of a law breaker yourself.

  7. lightening the flywheel removes some of the rotating mass on the crankshaft allowing the engine to "rev out" quicker. The only con i can think to having this on a drag bike would be a reliability issue. i have seen several of these come apart.
  8. I for one, did not say that i was a perfect angel when i get out in the dirt to play. I know enough that its illegal, where i live, to operate an atv on the interstate, street what not and common sense pretty much keeps everything else in line. and as far as ball busting, i dont believe you have been around hq long enough to be busting anyone's balls just yet. :yelrotflmao:

  10. what do you mean me too? i do not ride in the street, i do not trespass (ride on someone else's property without permission), i do not ride while under the influence or intoxicated and i sure as heck do not disrespect any LEO's. Those are the illegal activities we are talking about right? or are we talking about robbing liquor stores and vandalizing the public while we are out riding our atvs? :teehee:

  12. you will have to bend the lock tab back on that nut and adjust the eccentric screw with a flathead screw driver. pay attention to where the shifter is riding on the shift star. you want to center the shifter between the pins on the shift star as close as you can. tighten the nut and bend the lock tab back. clear as mud? lol sorry im late, you probably have this thing fixed by now.
  13. there are several things you can do to make it shift easier. modded shift shaft and shift star. i've tried both of those and liked the modded shift shaft with easy spring better. you can get these from fast racing. or you can get an override transmission, which has been by far the best transmission mod to date. do a search.

  15. that isnt the story i heard. someone told me you had something called a fusion or some wierd prototype setup. i dunno, you know how rumors get started and thrown around and changed from one person to the next. :shrug:
  16. the labia valve was inline with the vulva PLC. keep in mind these readings were taken a constant 1200rpm.
  17. yes, the stock cover has a couple of locating pins if i remember correctly. also there is a small rubber half moon plug that goes in front of the section that seperates the stator area from the sprocket.
  18. the razr 2's i had did do well but they were really heavy. on the other hand they did wear extremely well.
  19. fella you were riding on the road with an atv and got a ticket. i dont really know what the laws are in indiana and couldnt really care less. Pretty much everywhere it is illegal to operate an atv on a street or highway. you knew the kind of responses you'd get here were going to be negative when you started this thread.
  20. i did finally get to make a pass with the new unit. went to lowes and got a few shims and a new impeller for the stripper gear. i ran a best of 4.28 and backed it up with a 4.30 & a 4.31. The diagnostics were still telling me that it was still lean. I put the lectrons back on.
