  1. 60 I'm prolly WAY off. Let us know ASAP, I'm really curious! Post the chart too, I would like to see where the power hits with that port and the CPI pipes. Stock bore?
  2. He's not looking for ONE pipe that has both top and bottom power, I think he's just looking for the best pipe to hill shoot the dunes and the best pipe for desert cross style riding. He has the FMF Gnarly on it now and wanted to see if you guys agreed it was a bottom end pipe.
  3. I agree ...but, IF it is 90hp, you woun't have a problem.
  4. The motor has been ported/polished with V-Force reeds. Which pipe would give it the most bottom end power and which would give it the most top end? Sorry about the Honda question, it's not mine I promise!
  5. DON'T DO IT!!! YOU WILL FEEL 10x WORSE, 100x WORSE if and when you try to stop taking them. Been there, done that! Read up on how "Extacy" works, and how most people feel when they come down off it , this happy pill bullshit does the same thing, just a little less potent. Just deal with it for the time being, think of something to look forward to and find something interesting to keep ya busy, IT WILL PASS! !!!->IMO<-!!!
  6. Port and polish!!!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend K&T Performance http://www.ktperformance.com/home.asp
  7. You're right, I talked to him after I read your post and I guess I misunderstood him. It was 177" total, also, he said it is 180 day dry time . Anyway, I corrected my wording in the first post.
  8. All you can really look at in this general of a question is stock vs stock. You could make a moped beat a stock Banshee if you modded it enough. The Banshee really isn't that quick right out of the box but it responds VERY well to mods. So, as stated earlier, stock vs stock the 700r would take it, and so would a few other quads, but start adding performance parts to the Shee and it will soon end up on top. IMO, if you put the SAME amount of $ into each quad, the Banshee will end up with TWICE the power of a 700, 450, 400, ect. I have around $1100 into my Shee's motor including labor and it dyno'd close to 64hp, I don't think a 700 could touch that.
  9. OMG!!! That is some crazy sh**! I'm on page 41 now, Should have it finished up by tonight if the kids go to bed early. Yes, I know, I should find something better to do, but it's cold outside and the Shee is parked for the winter. I have to see how it ends!
  10. Expect a lot more bump steer!
  11. Pic 2
  12. 3" short of the record book (Boone & Crockett)!!!
  13. After you cut and smooth out the edges, you can CAREFULLY go over them with a torch and it will shine the edges to match the rest of the plastic. Practice on a piece you cut off first!!!
  14. Damn, that's some funny shitt!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. I AGREE
  16. Where you at?
  17. It still runs great but I just think it's about time for a freshening up. I would guess there's around 100 hours on it or so. When I measure the cylinders, what are the specs it should be in as far as max. taper and piston/cylinder wall clearance?

    WANTED

  19. What should I replace as far as the engine goes? I really don't want anymore mods so I was just thinking of honeing the cylinders and re-ringing it. What else do you guys recommend?
  20. Sorry, just thought I would plug the car while I was at it.
  21. 310.4 inches, that's not very far. J/K, that's crazy watchin a bike fly that far!
  22. PIC2 BTW, the limo in the back is for sale.
  23. Looks better! But now you'll have to start buying polish.
  24. Well, someone had to have been the first to release a 4 valve instead of 2 and now they all do it. If that was the case, then why not a 6 valve, or hell, a rotary (no valves)!
  25. I wonder why no one else has gone with a 5 valve head like the YFZ, I would think that is the biggest peformance maker in that motor. If the suzi has a true 450 like the YFZ, I will bet the YFZ can still take it (power wise) for that reason. But, how nice would it be never to worry about jetting again and to be able to "mod" your motor with a laptop instead of wrench!
