  5. We have watched four of them sell for between $700-$850 on eBay the past couple months. He payed $760 shipped brand new and is dropping $110 for the few chips and scratches on the bottom of the frame. Not a bad deal for new!

  17. I'll check that for sure, but, my YZ sounds the same way when it's runnung out of fuel and runs lean for a second . This fall we went to the dunes and it was about 40* outside and it ran that way all day, the next weekend it was 70* (Idaho weather) and it ran fine. Now it's like 20* and it's doing it just a little worse than when it was 40* I know I know, check the plugs and find out for sure. I just need to know if I can just open up the Power jets a little or if I need to pull the carbs and rejet.
  18. I can hear that it's running lean on the bottom end because it's "pinging" as if it is running out of fuel. I do have Power jets in the carbs and was wondering if adjusting them changes the air fuel ratio through the entire rpm range or just the top end.
  19. Here's what I know (think I know)... The motor will only rev as high as the pipe will let it. Differant pipes are tuned for differant rpms. Once the power "falls off the top end" of the pipe the motor will not have enough power to rev itself any higher. So depending on which pipe you run will determine just how high it will rev. No?

  22. Here is my chart, my mods are in my sig and aren't a hole lot differant that yours. I would go with bigger carbs? Also, are you sure you need to run straight 110 fuel? The higher the octane, the slower it burns and you can accually lose power if the octane is a lot higher than you need. If your compression ratio isn't crazy high, I would mix it 50/50 with premium pump gas, that's what I do.
  23. I've never even thought of riding on the ice till I saw this post. Now we are all thinking of screwin our tires and heading out to the resevoir this winter, settin up some cones and doin some racing!
  24. Would it be better to run high or low tire pressure on ice?
