Nope nope nope you should be looking close to 185-197psi hope you are running race gas.

You do not need bigger carbs. What elev. are you at? Most likely you will be fine for sure with 21cc domes.

I have the 35. Compared to the stock carbs it's just flat out better. If I were you I would go with the 35mm why not

You might not have your clip to high or to low anyways, I put mine on the second clip down from the blunt end(top of the needle). Ran a hell of alot better. Don't know why but even on my stock carbs I was on the second clip. Maybe it's just Iowa

Start with a 250main middle clip stock piolet 1 1/2 turns out and go down on the main jet from there. Are you running you air box lid? You might even have to go up on the main, all I can tell you is your really lean.

FMF Fatty's for all around performance.

I'm thinking that just has to do with a voltage regulator. For shits and giggles i unplugged mine than reved it up and poof there went a light.

When you have it resleeved just have the guy look it over for you and make sure its ok. Other than that no you should be fine.

What happend to the jets fmf sends you with there pipes? They are like 260 and thats just for the pipes.

Those tubes going up to the top let fuel in at fuel throttle. It adds to the main jet. At least thats what I'm thinking.

What are you running for carbs?

Could have so much fuel in the bottom of the crankcase and the pipes might even have fuel in there. Happend to me once. What have you all cheked? The reeds ok t.o.r.s all that kind of stuff?

You need to be looking at the mah you are running a 1500 which is about as cheap is it gets get a 3000 mah which is the same size but will hole twice as much juice they make them up to like 4000.

Ported Cylinders Ported reed cages K&N Bored .40 over Head milled .30 Plus 4 timing Fmf fattys Boysen reeds 2 into 1 Intake 35pwk I put the 180 main in, runs much better almost seems alittle rich still but I'm giong to wait till I can really get it out. I ended up turning the airscrews out 3-3.5 to get it to idle right and what not so i am going to order a 45 and a 48 and see where I can go from there. For some reason it seems to be running much cooler than with my stock carbs with 320mains. Also around 800ft above sea level

Ok, I got my jets today and put in a 190main 52piolet 1.5screws out dek needle thirdclip. running a trinity 2 into 1 with 35pwk. It has a hesitation off idle and mid when you hammer it (actually kind of bogs) wondering if going down to a 180 would be safe. Top seems to run good but on the road it revs way to fast and im thinkin my clutch is slippin but............ I'm also thinking my piolet is to big considering I never have to use the choke.

I know blaster and banshee bolt patters are diff. so i would asume that other atv models are diffrent

Same thing happend to me one cylinder would only run when putting around and trail riding, the problem was one of my piolet jets were clogged.

Checked T.O.R.S checked your spark (how good of a spark do you have) cleaned the carbs checked the reeds how dirty is the air cleaner

Start with the airscrew at 1.5 turns out and I would go in from there maybe out see where it runs the best. Remember the airscre is only from closed to 1/4 throttle.

I run port work with Fatty's and I still have a hell of a top end pull but the t5 will give you more top end than the Fatty's. If you want good low-mid and decent top go with fattys. You want decent low-mid good top go with t5.

Mine had no spark at all, pulled the cover off water came out, lights still worked but the side that the stator makes your spark was shot on mine. I ordered a new stator from Ricky Stator.

that sounds really rich i would start with a 330main 27.5 piolet 3rd clip 1.5 turns out but just my 2c
