  2. Elka's are hella cool, and very high quality! Read through their web site, very informative! If you have the budget go Elka!
  3. check out carbpartswharehouse on ebay, a pair with new throttle cable and extra jets and pilots goes for 185.00.
  4. Hey FUCK YOU MAN!!!, IT'S MY OPINION (and I'm not alone) AND I'M ENTITLED TO IT! Not only is it ugly but the structure of the steering stem is comprimised. It isn't with a fullbore kit RETARD! Lets see your quad, Is it Italian to?, dose it have IROC stuck on the side with a leather side bag? and leave a trail of grease wherever it goes? Don't be all pissy cause I've made valid statments, someone is gonna get themselves hurt on that abortion and they'll blame Yamaha! And in case you didn't notice ballwash this is BANSHEE HQ we're all here cause we enjoy the Banshee and the way it looks why do you think there is such a following.
  5. some funny, some lame I hear you on # 11 though
  6. Yea don't forget oil filters, and youd only be spending around 600$ (cheap for a 4 joke) if you didn't hurt any fancy titanium valves or ruin the cyl.head or score the cam journals, or break a cam or chain. Plain and simple 4 strokes need just as much maintence and have more to go wrong and it costs WAAAAYYYYY more to do!! especially the air cooled ones
  7. definatly a clean lookin ride! NICE!!
  8. Dealers don't know nothing besides taking your money!! Demand money back and fix it yourself!
  9. I dout your gonna see any improvment in the T5's over the PT's, if your lookin for top end go with some CPI in frames!
  10. me to
  11. The chev sounds like a good deal if you ask me, he's been fixing it up and looking after it so you know if you buy it you won't be nickle and diming it to death. So what if it has differant pannels, the truck has huge potential, it just needs paint!, anything you buy will need repair unless it's new, besides you can get parts for a chev at the local kwiky mart!, I got 298,000 on my chev and still lots of oil press, and I drive it hard!! Worse case senario it needs an engine, big deal they're a dime a dozen. I tend to stay away from dodges, they can't put a tranny in anything they always break and parts are way more then the chevs! Go for it!
  12. Gusset frame? where? got mine down to the skinny..might be a good idea?

  16. Use a high heat paint, they offer it a speedshops and hardware stores. You can also use BBQ, or wood stove paint. MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAN!!! and apply lots of light coats! not 1 or 2 heavy ones. Some companys like VHT offer colors and clear coat. You can put them in an oven to "bake it" but normal operating temp will do the trick. Have fun
  17. YEEEEEE!! nice pattern!
  18. Not to mention heim joints don't last very long, especially as ball joints, they are very expensive to replace and are NOT covered under any warranty!
