I would use the 350 mains and around 1.5 to 2 turns out. I use the stock pilots and have not had any problems. My bike run T5 with +4 timing, modquad head w/18cc domes stock bore prolite pistons and mild porting. The plugs were perfect at sea level. This is with 110 race fuel and yamalube mixed at 32:1. At least this is a starting spot for you. Good Luck

I wanted to know if someone knows how to straighten the fins on these radiators. They are not like auto radiators that can use a tool to make them straight. I had the radiator polished and with the partially open grill would like the fins straight. So could someone give me an idea as a screwdriver does not get the job done to my liking. Thanks

OK I know this probably won't work, but I have to ask. My friend has 2 34mm carbs from a honda 250 R project left over and I wondered if they would work on my banshee. Only problem would be they both have chokes, can one of the carbs have the choke taken off and be set up to work together. just a thought, didn't know if this was possible. Thanks

I found a place online that makes flags any way you want, maybe hit them up and we could get a discount for multiple purchases: here is the site http://www.dwflags.com/store/view_doc.php?view_doc=5 Let me know what you think

also check out projectblaster.com they have blasters for sale somewhat cheap. Good luck

I used el monte plating in el monte california and they only charge .50 a bolt and .50 a nut. I would think as long as you keep grease in the a arms they would not freeze up. And for the pegs I used anti seize on them. Idk I guess use your best judgement for yours.

]in my oppinion i figure at 800.00 ,i can paint mine 4 times a year for 10 yrs and it will always look good. That may be, but I won't have to paint my bike for atleast 10 years or longer. It is all how its prep and mine was done right to last. So to each his own sand4ever that looks good but I can't see myself getting anything like that. Need money for frame and motor as well Fortunately I took a year to build this, so I spent on parts a little at a time until I had everything I needed ( well how about wanted) there is always the little things you forget until it gets started back together. So for me there are enough performance parts for now. Who knows maybe a stroker kit in the future. Thanks for the compliment.

on my bike I had the upper a arm bolts chromed and also the swimgarm bolt along with the shock bolt with the zerk fitting. I also went to ace hardware and they sell chrome bolts, so thats what I used for my foot pegs. But I also drilled my foot pegs to 12 mm from the 10mm stock. hope this helps

If you go to his ebay store, there is a link to his obituary. i think if I remember right he was like 57 yrs old. It is really too bad, his products were awesome. But there is an ebay guy named fastenall that sells stainless bolt kits. I don't know how good they are,but its something to check out I guess.l

depending on the color of paint, it can get real expensive. Mine is a house of kolor color, just the materials were over $350.00 and then the cost to bead blast prep and then paint. The paint job cost me $800.00, but you have to see it in person to really get how great it looks. Just my 2 cents

I'm looking for a set of front rotors for my wifes bike. It's a blaster, but I am changing out the brakes from cable to banshee. However the rotors I bought on ebay are different. So I need a pair cheap or at least one good rotor. Send pics and price to [email protected] Thanks

The guy selling bolt kits on ebay is fastenallguy, but I don't know about his kits. I used the kit from alloyboltz and it looks awesome. Best of luck.

i also had this problem. it turned out my ricky stator adjustable timing plate was the problem. The pickup was to far away. I loosened it up and pushed it as close to the stator as possible and lock tited it. So far crossing my fingers it has ran perfectly. I think we need to contact ricky stator and tell them to drill the holes straight. Mine was over .18 away and it is suppose to be .10. Just my two cents worth. hope you find it.

Hey just an FYI. The guy who owned alloy boltz passed away and from what the ebay store says will no longer be ran. I went to his web page and there are only a few kits left. So if anybody wants one they better hurry up. I have a complete kit on my bike and it looks great. I would highly recommend one for your bike, but hurry.

I will tell you this that color needs something to break it up. I know this from experience as this is the same color I used and then had the plastic painted HOK cobalt candy blue. Just my .02 worth. As far as the a arms mine are chrome so I could not help you there. Good Luck

I would personally have it done locally if possible. When I had mine done the first time it was done poorly. So I made them redo it again. Then again it will depend on the color and how hard it is to apply. Mine is a two color powdercoat process. First is a silver base with a blue overlay. They call it lollipop blue and from what the guy told me is the hardest color to powdercoat. He has been doing this for years. The total for the frame, hubs and spindles was $300.00 and he sandblasted everything. This is in southern oregon. Good Luck
