  1. Also throwing in a NOS billet nitrous filter.
  2. Nice write-up Is it drag ported stock cylinders or cubs and 21cc domes?
  3. I had a well known builder tell me that the windows were there to aid wrist pin lubrication.
  4. Nothing wrong with that. Like Builder said - Just a casting flaw. The ones in that area often go into the bottom of the reed bolt hole.
  5. Standard off the shelf Pro Design. Very nice condition. No pits or damage. I'm going out of town until late Wed so won't get back to you until then if you need more info or pictures.
  6. I have a nice single undamaged 19cc standard dome. $20.00 shipped
  7. I say you're good to go.
  8. I agree with hercalmighty. We ran 1/4 mile asphalt with 35mm Airstrikers on a 358 gas cub @ 1200ft. With heavily oxygenated VP CMP we were at 162 or 165 mains and 42 or 45 pilots. Stock needle As hercalmighty said, The airscrew adjustment will tell you if the pilot is in the ballpark. Hope this helps...
  9. I'd like them if they're new
  10. Is the kicker gone?
  11. Let's see a picture from the bottom and inside the cyl. Like Zilla said, The intakes aren't touched.
  12. FYI - I've had a few phenomenal 60' times over the years but my fastest ET's have reflected in the 1.36 range. **This is on my 4mil setup** Don't get hung up on that as the "golden" number to chase lol.
  13. "As someone who is constantly pushing things to the next level, spending money to get there and testing until it works." BINGO!! You are so right Tyler. I've spent a ton of money and track time over the years to get where I want to be. So much of what is believed or read from the Internet boards isn't good or accurate info. Time and time again I've told guys that they needed to get out and do their own testing. BTW, Sorry your thread has gone off track Mike. Nice job... I predict you'll be pulling 1.30's and 6.30's this season.
  14. And be very careful on what you share in confidence because it WILL get out (eventually) in time, every time.
  15. You're correct that a leakdown test won't be comparable to actual running conditions but I think you are way to worried about that little dink. It's going to be OK lol - Put her together and go have fun!
  16. That's not bad. I've had worse seal with no problems. From the picture I don't think you really need to bother but if it were mine and it had a sharp feel to it I'd VERY carefully take a small file and just touch it enough to take the edge off.
  17. Call Jeff @ Fast Racing and get the long adjusters for the carb tops.

    Spring washer

Need the spring washer that you find under the clutch basket once you cut off the factory rivets.
  19. Yep, American Racers are usually way out of balance. Bubble balance using stick on weights and they'll be smooth as silk.

  21. Interested but are you sure they're Shearers??? Look like CPI's. Any repairs done to them?
  22. Added: Brand new set of 68 bore cub domes custom cut for nitrous motor by Tim @ Titan Never been in an engine... *Price is firm

  24. Anyone looking to spray this season?
