if your gonna go with a 400 for the wife and for you on the trails I would rec going with a ltz 400..it has better suspension and a water cooled engine....my .02

how do roosts accumulate?

i've noticed with cars too, some of the same identical cars bone stock, some are faster than others..honestly i think its on the break in of the rings when the engine is fresh....the engine that was babied when brand new seems to be less powerful than the engine that was driven hard off the show room floor, its all in the ring seating... then again you said the 98 has more compression eh? you never know the 2001 may be bored or stroked stock sprockets on both bikes??

got back a few hours ago...That was our first time out there and it was hella fun :thumbsup: .. there wasnt too many banshees out there..they're definetly a dieing breed...i was getting spanked by 4 pokes most of the time....there was no banshees to back me up :sad: i was getting the launch 2-3 top of 3rd and 4th a couple ltr and yfz would pull me by a bike or so.. i dont have any pics to post up.. :ninja:

I have a couple of buddies that want to ride this weekend in glamis..he said the forcast is gonna be 98-100 deg i personaly think its waaay to hot to ride out there..any one ride in that weather out there this time of year at all?? tia

i love my elka's they absorb alot more when compared to my boys yfz.. no res's, but i dont need them..you probably wont either..

fords have this same problem too.. its a definate plus to always have above 1/4 of a tank at all times
