  15. i wouldnt be worrying about no knobbies, i would be worrying about them not having any power to get around ..with those bikes  They should be ok, as long as they dont stop alot, because YOU will be the one helping them get out of the sand haha..have a nice trip
  16. tried out my 20 inch sand stars this weekend in glamis, i was loving them..had them @ about 6psi...wow.. big difference compared to those cheesy ass geckos i use to run....Also nobody could get me on the launch @ olds...i was pretty impressed, i was getting my buddy on launches, he was running 8 inch haulers...im thinking he just needs more practice with those..But im happy overall....the only thing i did notice is couldn't roost very easily, ima try lowering the pressure a bit next trip...
  17. i got beat for the first time by a yfz 450, i would launch hard and the elka suspension was taking a punding on the whoops @ olds..but right at the end of the hill he would pull like two bikes on me.. more displacment is always gonna have more torque....i need some more mods
  18. 340 mains may be a bit too rich with air box, I run K&N clamp ons and i love them..im running 340's with t5's and filters everything else is stock.. try 330's and move the needles one clip...

  22. well, before i had put away my tools the first night i was working on it, i loaded the bolt head up with PB spray...if any of you guys are familiar with this stuff it works pretty good, it seeps through the cracks and loosesns up rust.....well, it soaked all night and all day yesterday..when i got home from work i smacked it one time with a mini sledge and it worked...i had to keep smacking it out but it came out without ruining the bolt or nut...im pretty happy i got my suspension on..ima post pics when i get my brake lines on...thanks everyone
