  1. Three tits inside from the three screws that hold the little plastic cover. Make them flat with the rest of the webbing. Done. Use thread locker to keep the insert screws from leaking.
  2. Really this is an issue that comes with just about any set of aftermarket pipes and bigger carbs. Just keep it as far off and maybe coat it with something to protect it.
  3. Depends where they're being sold, what time of the year, and specifics on each machine. Post a pic and info of each one. Bro!....
  4. JL eng, stellar, Metal tech fab, LSR, avenger. The avenger and metal tech are fuckin nice.
  5. A privateer GNCC racer I knew used to assemble everything ultra tight, beat it up for a ride session, then un screw and apply normal torque. He did this for all A arm, swing arm pivot and carrier, front hubs, and ball joints. His claim was that it helped get the bike to that supple yet broken in feeling. Never done it on anything but my carrier. It seemed to work.

  12. I'm not against lighting. I just think that sometimes it can look ridiculous. More often then not wires are not tucked, lights them selves are visible, etc. It's one of those details where if it's done kinda sloppy it really ruins it.
  13. Pass, seen two of them fail. He will custom build you some bad ass shit but then it's price is like every other custom chassis guy.

  18. Have who ever is porting them decide I it is fine with a hone and fresh pistons or if it needs a bore and larger pistons. Regardless, it's nice to put something back together that you know is fresh. Get all your stuff from whoever does the cylinder work.

  20. ^ get to it. I'd imagine if you walked in their office and simply laid parts on the counter and asked for a refund they would do everything possible to make it run right there and then.

I was looking for some specs on ktm powervalve adjustments and found this gizmo. http://kreftmoto.com/powerdial/ Any one here ever use one of these or know someone who has?
