  1. 4mm serval! If you want it stock looking, get the serval with the whompus exterior with a stealth head that takes domes.
  2. Drain the oil, then pull the cluth cover to see if it's anything to do with the shift shaft, eccentric, or star. I get the feeling you'll be splitting the cases as well.
  3. If it's burning the case oil, then the crank case has a leak somewhere. Which could be a culprit of your issues. It's passed a leak down with the covers off the motor?

  5. That sucks. I'm desperate to just move ou to the stix! My buddy has a shitty 12x12 with 2 Honda dirt bikes, mint 400ex, 2013 zx1000, skidoo rev800 ho, and a ton of parts and shit. The side of it is wide open where he pulled a panel off and built an awning. No worries what so ever....... I'm to paranoid for that shit.

  10. No ASI arms either. Keep hawk eying the for sale section. There are always good works popping up for about 250 and some times arms from 225-325 and up for dope stuff.

  15. I've been scouring the net for a used LSR or Laegers 250r hybrid chassis. Not the banshee with the Geo from a 250r, but an actual R. I've been finding all kinds of cool stuff. Even a website dedicated to just hybrids with all types of different motors. Fellas in Europe are doing some wild stuff.

  20. My current bike just has the overflow pointed at the pipes where they mount to the cylinder. Instant steam up if there is a boil over.

  23. Could be, but not limited to: Air leak Broken reed Tore up piston/rings Carburetor issue Is it idling finicky? Like raspy just above normal idle, then when you rev it , it is slow to return to idle?
