  2. its a thing of beauty!!!!! What you got planed for motor mods??
  3. O.K. Ive got a 01' shee with a dune port and other assorted mods(check my sig.). My question is, would a ported motor respond well to a longer(probably +4)crank?? Possably even a longer rod also. As I am told, stroking a ported motor my not be a good idea, because the port timmig would be out of wack. If so, could I just have my port timming modified to match the new crank. Thanks, BHQ RULES!!!
  4. Dude, checking or even changing your w.p. impeller is a snap. Simply remove your clutch side case cover. -then remove the impeller gear. be sure not to loose the snap ring or the gear pin! -then remove the pump impeller cover(on the outside of the case cover) -remove the brass-ish cover inside the pump cover. -then remove the impeller. insallation is the same only in reverse. While your in there replace the impeller with a quallity billet piece. Some cheep insurance as they say. Also check out your clutch for any signs of break-down Then fill er' up with some good gear oil and ya should be good to go. Good luck
  5. My lectron 36's made a world of differance!!! but you'll need a bad enough motor to handle em'
  6. I had one of those xtreem power lids(the k&n lid) on my craptor, I thought it SUCKED!!!!!!! Dont piss your hard earned money a way.

  9. I wrap my pods with plastic bags, that seems to do the trick Make sure not to use a lot of pressure when washing your chain, that could damage the o-rings.
  10. i like to change my- 1-trany oil about 3-4 times a seaon depending on how often i ride 2-brake fluid-honestly i never have(though I will over this winter) 3-spark plugs- only when needed 4-clean my carbs-whenever clean my shee(so all the time) 5-tighten my chain-only when needed 6-change my clutch-only when i can smell it afer i ride-so only once Oh! I almost forgot- I like to change my motor oil whenever I fill up LOL

  13. Yep what he said. And yes, it is worth spending a few hours of grinding and smoothing to get a few extra ponies.IMO though it wont be a huge differance, any is better tnan none
  14. looks pretty damn dope to me Kinda helps set ya appart from other shees right on dude!!! Though I did notice one problem....I see you still have the airbox. Maybe getting ride of that could be your next mod. Just a thoght.

  20. like he said. Dont worry about gettin bigger carbs yet. The stockers should be fine untill you get into the motor. Start with some pipes, pod filters, and maybe a NOSS head. With those mods alone, your shee will freekin rip!
  21. Word! They look just like my V2's
  22. Sounds like you mite need some new brake lines. get some braded stainless hoses-then go from there
