  1. I hope jeff from f.a.s.t. will ring in here. I am planning on gettin a clutch set up from him. So i wanna see what he's got to say. But god i hope your right. That would save me some dough-which is always a good thing.
  2. Check This sight out-and look under his "the heat is in town" link!!!! <<packard racing>> Dennis Packard is the shizznit!!! The triple heat bike makes over 340hp!!! TO THE WHEELS!!!! theres a good chance that thing is fast-or what do you guys think?
  3. Well, they look pretty good.....but more power than the v-forces? that a bold statment. I'd just get some V2's or V3's. That way you know for sure there gunna make power. Just my .02
  4. it all sounds good to me dont worry about the reed spacers, all there good for is to clear the cltch linkage when you get larger carbs. also try to get your parts powder coated. It'll cost more for sure, but they'll look a lot better for a lot longer.
  5. how about some cheeta cubs w/a +7mm stroker crank. F**k it, how about a turbo?
  6. Not to sure about that.... A buddy of mine has a stock shee other than filters, noss head and cpi's, and his bike freekin ripps. Not as fast as mine of course
  7. There the SHIZZZZZZNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beyond easy to tune, awsome power gains, and no jets to dick with. But yes, there are sorta spendy. But for me it was money well spent!!
  8. Yea ive always called it the shoulder. Though I have heard it called the valley, the troff, and the long side.
  9. use the K&N for sure. Also be sure to use an outerware is you plan on slingin some sand.
  10. SWEET!!!!!!!!!
  11. dude, how was the sand??? - I'm plannin on rollin out this comming sat.
  12. check out packard racing (packardracing.com). Dennis Packard Is a carb. gooroo!! He'll set up some custom lectrons to fit your ridding style needs.Plus, he's got the best deals on lectrons for sure.
  13. Word! Nice to see other HQ'ers rippin up the mountain in Utah!!! I've also raced a few hella fast yfz's at sand mountain. Those suckers sure are spendy to make fast though- I can say ive never lost to a four stroke, but I have had my ass handed to me by a few fellow banshee freeks....Its all good!!! P.S. Im from West Jordan
  14. Good choise dude!!!!!! You'll love em' for sure
  15. Sounds shitty-but its all good dude, cuz the chicks digg scars!!!
  16. I voted for the pro-circuts, but I like CPI's- I've never ridden a bike that pulled harder on to than my bro's shee(he's got the cpi's).
  17. Sounds like a damn good deal to me!!! I have a dune port, and I have 36mm. Lectrons. A mild port should enough to handle some 34's
  18. Damnm, WESW has the sweetest lil clips on his post!!!
  19. Reeds are a good buy for your dough. As for the heads-there very simmiler, but with a noss head you use your stock head studs, and you can also get it in differant colors. NOSS all the way!!!!!!
  20. Flat slides are always better.IMO. Just to be sure, you should get some Lectrons. JMTC
  21. I would'nt mess with it unless it dissrupts your air flow-knowing trinity, you might want to.IMO
  22. You should think about getting a Noss head instead. That way you can get differant colors and you also get a discount just for being an HQ member. Noss heads are just as good-scratch that-there better than cool heads IMO.
  23. Im also having simmiler problems w/ my right side. Shee starts and idles fine, but the left side pipe warms up a bit faster and does'nt smoke as much. My carbs are in syc. and my jetting is right on. What could it be???
  24. Yep-Im at ruffly the same elivation, and I use 91 w/19cc. domes. Though I do usually use a 50/50 mix with 110
  25. Dennis Packard is the only one to talk to about lectrons thats a fact!
