ive seen guys on here ask about that few times..you will have better luck finding a used set of cylinders. the amount of money u will spend on resleeving your two cylinders will easly exceed 650..

put the new bearings in the freezer for a few hours. irght before u go to put them in heat up the area on the swinger with a propane torch..no settiline now. and they will pop right in like butter

expected, ive been told anything under 105psi needs a rebuild, probably want to hone your cylinders when u replace the rings if their is enough clearance in the life of hte motor still but if it bumps compression back up go for it..but u must be high

ive got a z400 too hopped up decently, its piped and filtered, and when i got the shee i realized how dogshit slow the thing is compared to a piped banshee...but no offense i love my z400

well ive determined that the bike was running rich, in 6th the bike was bogging out at max throttle. my plugs were marshmallow brown.. the plugs looked pretty good so i looked at the jetting faq and i determined that i was rich. i was at 310mains, no lid, 3.5 turns on the screw, stock pilots, and stock needle position. so i moved the needle up one notch towards the blunt end and took it around the block ...i couldnt find a bog. when i first started it was smoking like hell which made me think that i went the wrong way on the needle but after i took it around the block it feels nice. what should i do to make sure im not running too lean??

yfz's arent all that good on gas bro, buddy of mine has a piped yfz, dont know if its jetted rich but he gets a good 2-3 hours on a tank of premium dude. although the thing revs fast and high like a two stroke... suzuki is about to dominate the market anyways..wait for there bike ...ride that and then the yfz tell us how she feels
