  5. I have a set of 28 pwk's I want to use on my rz powered banshee. What are the needles I should start with? I have seen other post to use JJL, but that was for a banshee. Will they work for the RZ engine as well? I also have a set of 35 PWK's, what needles to use for them on the RZ engine as well. thanks
  6. Do you have the intake manifolds for them as well? I am interested in these.
  7. hey rzbansheeman, have you tried the programable povervalve controller and the programable cdi? If you did was wondering how you liked it? I have one, but have not had time to install it in my rz powered shee.

    St. Anthonys

Ya it is about 14 hours for us. We usually leave right after work and drive all night and get there in the morning, go for a quick breakfast and then off to go riding. Usually the same on the way home, ride till about 5 or 6 and then another all nighter to get home. The usuall good thing is there is not a lot of traffic on the roads in the middle of the night.
  10. Yes will check it when I get it into the quad. The motor is supposed to be set up to run a 50/50 mix of premium and 110 octane. This must be why is setup tight. Thinking it should be around 160-180???? That is just a guess though
  11. You have cut a lot of banshee heads? And this is what you cut the squish to ???
  12. I got .032 exactly
  13. no, not a cool head, just the stocker that has been re chambered, when the porting was done.

I am from Edmonton, and have been going to St Anthony's for about 10 years. It is definately worth the drive. Was just down there for memorial day. Awsome. You will not be disapointed, it is definately worth the drive. Hope to get there again in August. Maybe see some of you down there.
  15. Just courious on what the proper squish clearance I should have on my engine? I have about .030-.035. I think it is ok but I thought I would check with some of you guys before I button it up and run it. thanks
  16. what are you using for carbs? I quess more specifically, if you are using Keihins, what needle are you running?? what about pilots and mains?
  17. looks good.!!!!
  18. Just courious, where did you mount the cdi and powervalve controller?
  19. Just courious what kind of power is the 4 mill going to give? Will it help out the bottom end and midrange and not lose any of the top? I currently have and rz powered banshee and was thinking about the 4 mill crank to get installed. I also just bought a power valve controller and igniton system that is fully programable. here is the link if you guys are interested in it. http://www.zeeltronic.com/ Have not tried it yet, hopefully get it on the dyno next week and get it set up. Seems to look like good quality stuff.

  22. found one thanks
  23. looking for a fron master cylinder for a banshee. Anyone have one?? email me at [email protected]
  24. Yes I would leave them with the cylinders so after they are bored, they can be checked for clearance with the pistons
  25. Yes I am courious on how to install those as well. Has anyone done this??
