OUCH ! man ya that sucks for sure ... i bruised my tail bone bad one time before when i was snowbaroding and fuck man it still gets stiff sometimes if i sit one the floor or like adjusting the chain on the shee or anything but wouldn't be anything like a broken tail bone & the after math of that ... get er healed for sure before ya go be superman & think ur ok & then be layed down for a few more weeks lol

  6. i'd check your spark plug caps, i had something similar happen to me cause i was running it one day and then like an hr after running it started to run very shitty like spitting & sputtering and then the right side just died and the left side was kinda half running ... and it turned out to be the spark plug caps after trying plugs, checkin reeds, etc... but i duno i'd change them cause there cheep (3$ each).
  7. i had Boysen Reeds & cages (dual stage reeds) in when i first got it, then i got FMF Ram Valves for 50$ off my cousin when he got his V-Force 3's & I Love The FMF Ram Valves (single stage) but i will for sure buy a set of V-Force when i have the money.
  8. Thats wierd cause i just thought it was normal for anything to idle a bit higher with the choke on ??? i duno
  9. 32:1 with YamaLube ! different ppl run different mixtures for different applications. but u'll be sfae with 32:1 for sure just enough oil & just enough gas, Welcome to the HQ

Top End job = pistons, rings, gaskets, and cylinders bored. any bike is prone to break something regaurdless of 2 stroke or 4 stroke just that a 2 stroke is cheeper & easier to fix. and yes you can do the minor upkeep maintenance on a 2 stroke even if ur not a mechanic & if ya have any questions you always have the HQ !!

  12. you mixing 32:1 or whats your ratio ? mine smokes when its cold but thats the nature of the beast but it also goes away when it warms up not completely away but nothin like when its cold and i use Yamha-Lube to.

  14. Ya my biddie put them Vito's in his about 3 years ago and he swears by them and they don't add 8Hp over stock but he said they made a difference mid threw top end but not 8hp, but i'm thinkin about trying a set of Vito's when i do a rebuild this spring i'll find out how they work i guess eh !
  15. i agree ! SOS pads and get some Mother's Mag & Aluminum Polish (PASTE) and a pack of MICRO FIBER Polish cloths = the best cloths i ever used to polish & THEY WORK, polish with one Fiber Cloth then use a clean one to finish it mine turned out asmazing.
  16. hey man i live in Nova Scotia i know we don't get AS Cold as you guys do in Quebec but we do get cold (-24 here the other day & needless to say i wasn't riding the Banshee)and i run a 280 main & a 40 pilot and it seems to run Perfect around normal summer temps & when it gets colder i run a 300 main, i don't run er as much when its cold but around 0 degrees to -2 is nice, after that ... to cold for me haha and the 300 keeps it just right! There is only about a 3 degree celcius difference between each cyl & exhaust. your elevation will be different then me cause i'm at or near sea level. i'd try a 310-320 or even tad bit bigger ... just to be on the safe side, i'd rather be rich then lean & Oh Ya lol i think we better give the Canadian Mens Hockey team over there ... A FUCKIN HEAD SHAKE because they need something to wake up all that POWER ! lol Go Canada Go !

  19. yes but i found with my 16/42 i was running (currently running 16/40) it just needed that extra little bit of adjustment with a new chain & all new sprokets... or else i'd have to cut it long and only had about 5 threads of adjustment left.
  20. your needle in the bowl of your carb is stuck, i had the same problem when i got my carbs off ebay i just put a new needle in it & that fixed the problem

  23. ya i had 2 master links before i did that but ... IMO i just feel a little more confident with one master link.
