head looks Brand-new ! thats an un-shaved head right ? & there are no gouges across where the head gasket seals is there ? (doesn't seem to be in the pics) but just thought i'd ask its 12:30 here & i gota work at 7:30 so pm me a quote & i'll get back to you t/m thanks a lot for the quick reply !

hey, just wondering if anyone has a stock head that they wana sell, doesn't matter if its shaved or not but has to be in really good condition, the problem i have now is that there are little gouges across my head where the gasket seals & its leaking coolant, so need a head thats not messed up. thanks

yeah i trail ride mine sometimes too, if you know where the power is (mid-top) & how to keep it there (little bit of shifting) its an absolute blast & i keep up with 4-pokes n/p, like ^they^ said... just a little more effort ! Agreed daworriorman its a twin cylinder 2-stroke which means all power is Mid-Top :biggrin:

just wondering what my displacement would be for a 66mm Bore 4mil Stroker 5 Mil Long Rod with a dune/Play port ? i'd say it would be around 380cc... but i duno

i just put my engine back togther and i put blue locktite on my flywheel & yes its a Right hand thread & the crank spins counter clock wise so i put some on. just my 2 cents.

yeah the plug were in the bottom of the cylinders for sure but do you really ever have to change them ? & i will have to check that o-ring ... maybe thats it ... but i won't be home this weekend comming up but i will be next weekend & i will track this problem down & will let you guys know what i find ! thanks for the help ! :beer:

hey i just put my 4mil stroker kit together & now i seem to have coolant leaking from the base gaskets ? seems wierd because the coolant jackets don't go down that far ? it looks like its comming from the bottom nuts of the cases but .. its actually runing down throught the drain hole through the cases i checked all my head & cylinder nuts for torque & they are all at 20 ft/lbs. it only leaks when running (when flowing) maybe its just a misconception that its comming from the base gaskets. the thing runs aswome tho! only had it out for a 10-15 minute run. anybody else have this problem ? Oh & the guy that did my porting (well known in NS) said to use High Tack Gasket spray on my head gasket could this be my problem ? any help would be great !

i had the same problem when i did my clutch but stupid me .. i took the adjuster screw for the pressure plate out when i didn't have to. but did you soak your plates in oil before installing ?

get rid of the stock pipes & them god dam TORS and what the others said... adjustable timing plate, porting, filter & you'll be happy ! until you want more power :thumbsup: have fun modding it man :beer: ps. you'll get addicted very quickly

Yeah hell i'd love to have a pair of them ... i have the 450 shocks right now on stock banshee a-arms but hell, 250 USD instead of 400-500 USD is much better ! i'll pm ya when i get my income tax money haha :beer:
