  4. my buddy is running a 6 over link style arm, with a 12" strut hooked right to the shock mount and directly to the swinger with no link. His bike hooks hard!!

  12. nope!! You have to run a lockup cover. There is a guy on ebay selling a do it your self lockup cover. They are not that expensive

  14. my bike pulled harder and reved higher with the out of frames!!!
  15. just get a set of reed spacers. will move the carb up and away from the clutch arm. Or if ya get a set of cubs, the intake track is different so you do not have to do anything :biggrin:

  21. only thing I can think of for special tools would have to be, a flywheel puller, and an impact. Get your self a manual, and take your time. Also make sure you buy a flywheel puller from a dealer. they are like 12 bucks. If you try and use a two jaw puller you will be buying a new flywheel!
  22. yeah you can fix it, you just have to find a shop that has a press. They have to press it all apart, replace the bearings and reassemble it. Make sure they true and weld it for ya while there at it!
  23. take the rad cover off and pull the rad cap, fire the bike up and watch the coolant in the rad. If it is bubbling then you have a bad head gasket!
  24. any engine mods?? 30-33 pwks seem to work well for stock bikes. I ran a set of 35s in my stock boots, but I had to grind them out to make them fit.
