  1. you need a lock up when the clutch springs alone will not keep the clutch from slipping! Pros, no clutch slip!! cons, have to get a modded clutch cover, and they are alittle added rotating weight. Also have to alter your launch style cause its hard to slip the clutch out of the hole

  4. simer down there tough guy! When ya show me some proof that your magic spark plugs work, I will gladly go get a set and try them. Till then, my 1.39 b8es plugs are wrokin just fine! and you do know you can make back to back dyno runs and get different readings right??

  11. dan, I have a set of pod filters with outer wheres for stock carbs if ya want them. Tell ya what, if ya can get me that 45 tooth sprocket I will trade ya straight up for the filters. Let me know man.
  12. you gotta watch running smaller front and rear sprockets The chain has to work harder to move the bike when it has to go around tighter corners. Like on a small sprocket. I run 15-41 at the dunes and 15-44 at the track. seems to work the best so far.

  15. If I was to play with a set of stock cylinders, I would build a 10mill stock cylinder!! all ya do is have them sleeved, and cut a stock head to let the piston travel up into it. sleeper, and it will haul ass!!!

  17. And you can worry about the cylinders being thin as crap from all the porting!! Triple port stock cylinders are great dont get me wrong. But a triple port stock cylinder will most likely not be a sleeper anymore, because they have to weld the transfers to strengthen them up from all the porting. It will also cost you an ass load of cash to get a triple port stock cylinder. Yes they can and do run hard, but how long do you wanna wait for them??

  19. alky is good for 7-10% Once you go alky, you will never go back!! The power is incredible just from switching fuels!
  20. the closer the tires are to the bearing carrier, the harder the bike will hook! We weighed my buddys 2+1 arms and they where lighter than the stockers. So he kept them. But the axle is a bad idea!
  21. drag ported, 35 pwks converted to alky. lock up, override, cpis or shearers. What ever timing and comp the builder of your choice tells you to run. For the money you will have into getting a set of stockers ported, you can bolt on a stock stroke cub and make the same power!
