I would buy the top end kit from one of the site sponsors on here, you are gonna pay more for it at the dealer!
The right way to do it is to order the pistons first, then send them to the machine shop with the cylinders so the clearances can be set when they bore and hone them.
If you dont know of any good machine shops around your area, like chase said, box up the cylinders and send them into F.A.S.T. he has everything you could possibly need to do your top end right at his shop. When you call him he will be able to talk you threw what all is needed to do it right.
