  1. try running a ground from the cylinder to the chassis somewhere. make sure you get the chassis spot sanded up real good

  3. I would start with a bushing kit. You cant replace the ball joints on the stock a arms or j arms. it is common for the j arms to eat bushings. Thats why people convert to a arms

  6. 22-11-8 8 paddles if you drag race at all, or a set of 20-10-10's 8paddles if you just like to screw around and have fun. I would not run wheel spacers, to much stress on the wheel studs. if you wanna make your bike wider, buy an axle and a set of 2+1 arms
  7. thanks! your not lien there! you would not think that all you cut out would add up to much. When I took mine to the powder coaters I took my friends also, when I loaded them both in the truck was when I really noticed the weight difference!

  17. I had a guy over on planet sand build the sub frame out of 3/4 chrome alloy where abouts are you talkin for the brace??
  18. I run this at the dunes all the time. not to sure what kinda duning you are doing. dont think I would jump it, but thats just me
  19. I used to run turbo blue leaded race gas, it was 110 octane. My plugs used to be yellow after running them for a while

  23. is the flywheel rusty?? inside or out? clean the little pads on the out side of the fly wheel where the pick up reads to fire the motor! Do you have a ground going from the engine to the chassis?? is the frame painted or powder coated?? sand all the powder coast off of where the egine mounts go threw. ( I know it sounds dumb but I have seen it cause no fire!) Did you replace the cdi and stator with known good parts?? have you ohmed the stator with a meter?? un plug it and read the stripped wires first, then the soild wires. they should be within 100 ohms of one another. ( example, one set is at 17 ohms, other set of wires is at 117 ohms. give or take a few) if you bypassed the key, did you reconnect the wires to one another? seen that one a few times too! is the pick up on the stator set at .018-.020?? report back and we will go from there.
