  1. Boost Bottles will not do anything over stock cross over tube The idea of the crossover tube is to have some constant velocity from the carbs, Kinda like the one carb setup. But why would a boost bottle give your more air flow , even if its a 2 inch pipe there is still the two stock tube style pipes that go in the intake an dont let any more air flow than the stock pipe. It will change absolutely nothing to have a boost bottle other than rubbing on the gas hose and throttle cables and crack the intakes. And yes a bike will run fine with the intakes correctly plugged, making sure they seal fine.
  2. Put a honda thumb throttle
  3. Cast iron or steel sleeves wear up to ten (10) times faster than a plated cylinder.
  4. You can cromed stock sleeves big boy !
  5. you mean crommed ! Nicasil is on aluminium cylinders like the cubs ! Croming them would make the cylinders not wear out , no need of boring because they are wore out.
  6. I'm from quebec,quebec
  7. They use the same domes anyways ! Get the pro design if its cheapper
  8. Look what i seen on ebay, remove the boost bottle or crossover tubeand replace with plugs. It's kinda expensive . http://cgi.ebay.ca/Yamaha-Banshee-BILLET-I...1QQcmdZViewItem

  15. Why does people always try to use all kinds of tires for snow There is only one way of doing it Maxxis 4-snow or prowedge is the only way
  16. 125 hp for around 10 minutes until it makes a total mess.
  17. the middle part is there to support the piston a single intake would have to be a smaller port
  18. Same as the banshee + a little more reliable because of the long rod But you could make a strocker motor with any pistons , pistons stay the same in a strocker engine only the head is worked a bit because the piston goes higher or use a shim between cylinders and the case .
  19. i welded a piece off round bar on my stock cover and made it long enough that it goes through the plastic water pump cover and put a nut with a copper washer. Its an easy easy drain, you dont even have to take anything off + you can put a pan just under it so no mess.
  20. You could use +5 long rod and +4 strocker crank with blaster pistons .
  21. I don't know who made those but i can tell you what's going to happen It will work how good we dont know until the piston gets a little loose and let the skirt hook in that huge intake port on its way down and totaly Destroy itself. Those cylinders have been ruined and are only good for garbage or new sleeves but i wouldnt sleeve them because seing the mess that has been made there, god knows what mess he made somewhere else.
  22. Unless you ran some car tie-rod ends or someting like that !
  23. I can show you a pic of my bike when i got it. Looked like a real dump but was really fast Engine was fully built and even had custom made pipes and a handbuilt cromoly frame . Guy who had it before just did not care about what it looked like, the important was that it was fast for tt racing.
