I don't care if they sell 1,000,000 sprockets around the world...their customer service is terrible.
They can't be responsible for knowing the fitment on every single application.
That doesn't give them the right to treat any customer like shit.
He asked the right questions, they made a mistake...refund the parts.
You can't tell me a company that sells thousands of sprockets doesn't make mistakes.
No aftermarket company gives you refund on the shipping back to them. That's just the nature of the biz.
I'm not saying I agree with it...but that's how it is.
Out of the 3 times I sent my pipes back, shipping to them was only covered once....for the same repair.
