  1. All depends on how deep your pockets are or how extreme you wanna go.
  2. Id say clean them things out probably just oil building up. Had that happen on an older KTM250 i had. Didn't help it was jetted rich as a bitch.
  3. Iv personally gone to ATF i hate gear oil its all nasty and smells like ass. I just change it every few rides and haven't had a problem yet. Oh yeah its pretty cheap too.
  4. Oh yay aren't we intelligent... read the damn post before you say anything. Sorry but its a pet pev when people post something without reading first. That is all. ps. sorry for the semi hijacking of your thread.
  5. Im down with that :teehee:
  6. Looks good maybe go one size bigger or change the the position on the needle one.
  7. Not trying to be an ass but the reason the banshee doesn't handle well is because the front frame rails are so far apart. Thus adding this kit would make it that much worse. Why do you think bikes like the 250r, YFZ, and the 450r have narrow frame rails because it eliminates bump steer having the mounting points closest to the center. edit: i know you said maybe but im fired up over this post haha.
  8. Not only does it not look safe but the bump steer would be ridiculous.
  9. 4" buffing wheel on a drill or some type of air tool will do the trick. youll be suprised what they can do and how fast the do it.
  10. Its pretty straight forward. 1. Remove stator cover. 2. Remove chain. 3. Your gonna see a metal washer under the sprocket bolt a piece should be bent up bend it back down. 4. remove and replace the sprocket. 5. tighten the bolt up and bent the washer back up. 6. put the chain on. 7. put the stator cover back on. there ya go as simple as its gonna get.
  11. whoa 7500 i love my banshee but for that price i might let it slip out of my hands. Youd be damn lucky to fetch that kinda money even for a cub from the prices iv seen.
  12. Been using MX Razrs lately seem to hold up damn and hook pretty good. Probably gonna make the move to klaws after these seen alot of klaws on mx bikes seem to be the hot ticket.
  13. Do you mean the don't uncompress as fast as the compress? If so thats all about your rebound im not even sure if you can adjust rebound on them. If you can soften it up some see how that goes. Seems like your also saying the are soft if so just tighten up that preload some. Honestly its trial and error. Your riding style and preference has a lot to do with it also. Just keep trying stuff till you get it how ya like it. One other small tip when setting preload sit on the bike yourself and have a friend adjust it with your weight on the bike.
  14. Call little Jeffy gave me an awesome quote and i bet you'll be hard pressed to beat it.
  15. If your not a really good rider you wont need anything overly adjustable. Plain old elkas with rezzies and compression adjustment is all you need.
  16. Give them a chance to break in and it will go down some. You gotta remember there not zero pre-load either so it will sit a little higher. OTher than that it looks damn good man.
  17. I agree 100% part it out you'll be able to make your money back and a good deal on top of that.
  18. Been there done that.. I did it wide open in 4th landed head first into the ground.. took me months to before it felt right again.
  19. Personally i just run 909 bars. Id rather have a softer bar since iv bent 3 steering stems.
  20. Klotz all the way. burns clean and smells damn good
