What would you reconmend being the best "good for value" racing suspension?

I must have my suspension settings wrong, i have it still factory adjusted and went out on mx track today and almost came off my bike on every jump, the rear shock bottoms out when i land and when i go over the little bumps, my body goes through hell, bike bouncing all over the show. What would be the best settings for my std suspension..???? please help

I advanced the timing by 3degrees by slotting the pick up and turning it clockwise by 3mm, test the bike and lost revs (quite a big difference). I put it back to standard and ganed my revs back. Did i do something wrong? must something else be done if you advance timing? ----Sorry how do you add a picture to this document?------- Thanks

Thank you very much. One more thing, my motor is stock, i have sst pipes and pro filter inc jets. How many degrees on timing plate would be safe for my motor, will i have to change the fuel-(95octane)? What would you reconmend. Does it make a big difference to adjust the degrees?

I want to advance my timing, going to modify the origional plate. Has anyone done this, whats the best degrees and do you have any pics.. Please help, thanks.

Hi guys, i want to know what do the pro's use, cause i get told not to change to twist cause its dangerous. But when i'm out racing for hours my thumb feels like it's going to fall off, and my complete left side of my body is numb. What do you use on your shee's?

Hi, im situated +- 1500m above sea level, and my temp ranges between 12 and 30 degrees celcius. I have sst pipes and powercore2 silencers, i've got 260 jets in wich came with the exhausts, i have no snorkel on airbox and a pro design filter. Can someone help with the best settings/mods for my carbs - jet size (if correct 260), needle slot etc, engine still standard.

Hi, can anyone help me with lengh on the SST powercore2 silencers? So i can cut my non sst powercore2 silencers to fit.

Jst one more question? The sst pipes, the front left pipe is touching the engine head and frame bolt and the right side is touching the coolant pipe to radiator. Are they like this? I'm taking the left one back, they brand new.
