  1. Cool, i'll try to give you a call today sometime. I still need to check the size of those geckos I have. It's for my daughter's blaster but I'm putting some banshee hubs on it so I need to make sure they work and also that the lug pattern is the same.
  2. Thanks Rippen!!
  3. Sure just look in my sig. but I'll post up a few more here in a minute...
  4. Cool, just let me know what you want to do and we'll work something out!
  5. Cool man I'll let you know. I'm going to PM loco and see what length he added to his and we'll see what the diff is but I'll measure my stocks and figure out how long I need. I'll PM you in the next few days or so after I get a chance to check it out. Thanks Tate

  7. What are you charging? Interested in PC trade or just cash?
  8. Cool I'll have to check with him. He's probably the one I remember reading about making them a few months back.
  9. Yeah but my worry isn't necessarily that the bolt is going to snap... it's the fact that there are only about 3-5 max threads inside which gives the bolt more leverage to buckle and break/split either the rod or the bolt... most likely the rod.
  10. Like lowbuck said, it's pretty close to rebuild time especially since your cylinders are near 10psi different from one another but that isn't necessarily the overheating problem so you you might want to solve that problem first before you rebuild so you don't blow a new top end. Do a leakdown test and check your impellar. Flush your cooling system to make sure there are no blockages. But yeah like everyone else mentioned, that is a symptom of a lean condition so try to find that for sure.
  11. Actually, Loco, do you have the specs on your's? How much longer from stock did you need to go and what material did they use?
  12. Yup that's exactly my worry... I mostly ride sand which can still be scary with iffy tierods but I also ride a lot of high speed trails with my dirtbike buddies and the last thing I need is for a tierod end snapping with bikes behind me. I think I'll look into getting some made...
  13. Quick question for the steering and suspension gurus out there... When it comes to stock tierods, did the lengths of them change at all over the years? Ie. from J-Arm to A-arm etc.?? I bought some tierods last year from a guy and I'm not sure what year they are from for my bike which is a J-Arm and it seems fine for the most part and I'm pretty sure that I compared to make sure they were the same lengths back when I put them on. However, I noticed that my tierod ends are only in by about 4-5 threads in order to get the alignment correct?? This makes me think these tierods might just be a tiny bit shorter than my original ones were... Any thoughts? Thanks Tate
  14. Just saw this again, thanks guys and yeah I can still make copies.

Yeah they sing real loud. Kinda interrupts your conversations and watching TV sometimes.
  16. I'm pretty sure it was a raptor. Yep, you're right. Unfortunately the technology just isn't quite there yet to make PC look closer to chrome. I will say though in person it's a lot more impressive than in pictures but like I said once you put the clear coat on it dulls it out real bad. That's why I only use it for base coats for candies like these:
  17. Here you go, figured I would jump in and show you since I have some pics of it. This is caswell's Extreme Chrome PC. It's the closest powder I've used yet to chrome but once you put a clear coat over it it dulls it out and it requires a clear coat...
  18. Worked for Bill Phillips at EAS as a fitness advisor and then Manager of Returns for 6 years. Now for the past 3 years I've worked for a large GPS company, I built the Claims department from ground up and now I'm (unfortunately) a DUAL manager... I manage cash applications and the crediting department. Former Sgt E5 US ARMY, 4th ID Engineer Brigade. Oh and I Powder Coat to support my Banshee addiction!!

Yeah I think that's what they are. Really they're my daughters and I don't usually stop and look at them too often but they are pretty cool looking. They croak really loud though.
  20. Thanks guys, now I just need to get enough money saved up to get me a swinger made... hahaha
  21. Alright Josh, the swinger showed up on Friday and I finished it up today. I'll get it shipped out to you tomorrow first thing. Just after media blasting: Done 10 mins after pulling it out of the oven:

You ever stand behind your woman and reach around for a little grabby grab?? Frogs do it too!! Just caught our frogs getting a little freaky.
  23. You'll love it and welcome to the site. Banshee's still rule the roost for sure. Thumpers are definitely coming around but there's still nothing like the rush of a Banshee powerband! I'll never leave Banshees or 2-strokes for that matter. I'll own a thumper some day but not without a couple 2-strokes around.
  24. BUMP, I still need some of these items so PM me if you need anything Coated. Thanks! Tate
