  7. yes it helps your clutch out alot and 3 on 3 trick makes it so you can pull the damn lever back ,its stiffer than a wedding dick with all 6 heavy duty i think anyway
  8. im not sure what you were expecting ,but you need to remember that with stock porting and stock carbs it will have powerband that comes on in a rush and is lazy and low in torque on the bottom rpm . stock porting just plain sucks ,youll be much happier if you get a decent porter to let that twin breath and make much better use of your current setup.my vorce mostly made a better bottom to mid power increase and iv been hearing the delta 3's arent as good your jetting may still be slightly off and your missing out on some power

  10. damn straight ,the lt500 would win if your talking close to stock,problem is when you start modding that she ,the tables are quickly turned ,due to the 500's inability to rev high r's even when modified.ive never heard of one reving over 9,500 rpm and a modded she could almost hit 11,000 rpm+ :cheers:oh and about the 85-86 suzuki lt250s they had direct reed induction right into the jugs(stupid ass design) and 85-86 were nonpowervalved not that it matters, because theyre 87-up p.v. setup blows and doesnt do shit very effeicantly,they were still faster than a trx250r bone stock that is ,i think the 250r made 27rwhp off the floor and suzuki maybe 1 more pony and a tad lighter ,either way suzukis dropped motor parts like a whores panties and 250r was a hell of alot better.
  11. thats right in2glamis on ebay ,its actually inland atv and they have done me good in the past and offered very reasonable prices too! but the last time(1/13) i bought something from them(new race cut banshee plastic fenders) it took 34 days to ship to my house ,they said they lost the items and couldnt find them and never offered to give back my money or ship out a differnt set .they even gave me phoney tracking numbers which led nowhere when i checked them on ups tracking number site ! they were deceitful when i would call them and offered no apology or explaination as to why they wouldnt work with me on the problem.avoid them at all costs i know i will from now on!
  12. todays modern synthetic oils can easily and reliably be used at ratios far above 32-1 its not going to hurt your crank at all to run a higher oil/gas ratio than 32-1. some go as high as 100:1 for years with no problems whatsoever .its the quality of the oil ,high compression over 155psi now thats something that will hurt your crank!
  13. for the money youll be spending on nos ,youcould have a ported and modifed motor which will give you +15-20 hp all the time, everytime! and you wont be worrying about wadding the topend!

  16. dont waste your money on these gimmik devices.first if you do regular rebuilds this will not be any problem you encounter , there is supposed to be ..025 of play on your rod .if i can t just push it after clips are removed i take an old used wrist pin(worn ) and push it against the one to be removed it works killer if worse comes to worse dont crack it with a hammer this will put uneeded stress on your rod bearings ,instead id hold the piston firmly in other hand and gently tap on that worn wrist pin against the one currently in the piston it should come out easily. as long as you do rebuilds like you should ,your not going to have much problem with this.

  18. id say its a tossup between t5 and rockets ,from my dynobut2000 seat of pants dynometer these 2 are the best in the business. t5s for agressive trails and rockets for open fast riding and drags.
  19. its not uncommon for a wally world compression tester to read 20psi lower than the correct reading ,but if you used the same one then you may have a problem because they do repeat even ifthey are inaccurate. you may need to tighten your topend bolts up better or you are not seated all the way on your head
  20. i cut mine every other one(nub) every other row and i run a lower tire pressure it hooks a she up especially on yardlike terrain and hardpack and it also is good on pavement ,it provides excellent (cleanout) and will wear only slightly faster than a noncut .
  21. i bet its right! i have a cheaper tester and it will always read much lower than it should ,the chaep ones will usually read low! you may have some bad carbon build up on your piston tops which will raise comp . that is a crazy high # for your domes
