I am going to pick up some new bars within the next week here and also get the trail tech big bar clamp kit. Which bend would keep it around stock height? Mid or high bend? Would you guys reccomend the cr bend or the atv bend? I see that these are the most common but im not really sure of the difference between the two. The bars im looking at are the pro taper contours or the trail tech x bars. Thanks

After 4 years on my stock chain, I am going to get a replacement. I believe a stock replacement would be a 520/104? I want to mess around with some different size sprockets like a 15/40 or maybe try a 14/44 setup. At what point do I need a different length chain? Also I would love to have a roundhouse style carrier. These dont fit on the stock swinarm right? After doing some searching, I am under the assumption that you need a new swingarm for a round house? I have been wanting to buy some tires for the snow. Leaning towards the 4snow's but I was just wondering if regular sand tires would work? I would really like to stay with a 20" tire and all those snow tires only come in 22's.

I just replaced my stock carbs with a stage 5 2 into 1 setup with a 33 pwk carb. Had some problems getting it dialed in this weekend. It runs awesome except at low throttle. It is loading up bad. I have a 170 main, DEK needle with the clip one up from the center, (leaner), and I have gone down to a 35 pilot. As low as I can go. I tried adjusting the air screw but had no luck. It really sputters at low throttle and my left side plug will get very wet, as well as my left side exhaust pipe. Why would one side load up like that? I bought this setup used so i'm wondering if the slide is shot or something.? My plugs are dark brown and also the one left side is very wet. I have now done everything I can think of to get it running right so I am looking for some new suggestions. Also, I started out at a 50 pilot and went down from there. It really ran like shit with the 50 in. I would also like to add that on a cold start it will rev up very high for a few seconds before it idles down to normal. Elevation is at about 1200 give or take a little. Other mods should be below. Thanks in advance for any help

Looking to trade straight up. I have some Tusk nerf bars and want to trade for some stockers. They are anodized red and have a little wear on the backs from having a passenger as seen in the pic. Cruisin down a fireroad doin about 40. Came up quick on some ruts and didn't see this nice mound of dirt piled up in the road. Hit it square and got bucked off like like a damn cowboy on a bull. Ended up slammin to the ground on my back. Smacked the back of my head hard and slid about thiry feet down the road. My shee never left its tires though. If I didn't have my lid on who knows how I would have ended up. Anyway, my helmet shows no damage but I have heard from many peeps that you should replace it if you have any kind of impact. What do you think? Should I get a new lid?

Your gnarlys are definately a low end pipe but if you gear up a little you might just pull away down the stretch. What is your gearing now? Vforce reeds and a coolhead are low end mods as well. They will smooth out your powerband and give you some added low end torque.

Attached to your carb tops and cables, in your slides. You need to bring the springs up out of the slides and unscrew the assembly that holds the needles in. Kind of a pain but not too bad. Hope this helps you out. Dont drop your needle on the ground and bend it like I did

So you broke the nut? Or the stud itself? If you only broke the top of the stud off just take it out and replace it...? Either way, sounds like an eazy fix.

Your fluid is pink/orange? I would drain it and fill it with the green 50/50 mix stuff. Yes, the same antifreeze you put in your car.
