  1. Kraig is a great guy to deal with. His stuff is usually in better shape than he describes.
  2. That is so sweet! I would buy one of those in a heartbeat. That would put a huge whoopin on the new ponys it is not even funny with that LS2... 400+ horse = some damn good times
  3. Yeah, there are two brass plugs in the side of the cylinders. If you take those out first, your antifreeze comes shooting staight out all over you. Ha ha, I found that out the hard way. So take off the hose.
  4. If the set up is right, I will take em sent you a pm
  5. The General Lee! Yeeeee Haaaaaa! How can you not love that damn thing!!!
  6. shit, my bad thanks PTT
  7. Does anyone use these? They come with boyesen reeds. I was looking into some v force 3's and found these and was wondering if anyone had anything to say about them. They are pretty ! I will try a link. reeds
  8. Still up for the taking 25 bucks
  9. Cool, I was hoping someone could use them. Give me an email. I want to send you a pic anyway. I will get the shipping details figured out tonight.
  10. I just replaced my stock tires. If you are someone who could use a set of tires and don't care what kind, just give me some shipping cash and they are yours. I would guestimate around 25 bucks but I will call UPS to get the right amount. They have been on my shee since last January so they still have some decent tread. I wanna say 60-70%. Give me an email if you want pics. 20/10/9 - no holes, no plugs, no cuts or any crap like that. john
  11. I have one and have had it in since last spring with no problems. I put it in while I had my flywheel off. You just need to make sure you seat the key all the way properly. You really need your flywheel off to do this. And you would need to have your flywheel off to do the timing plate as well. Either way, I think it is a definate worthwhile mod.
  12. I am thinking about selling these. They are mounted on ITP steel wheels. They have two rides on them and I just studded them for the winter. I want to go back down to a 20 inch tire so I don't have to mess with my gearing. 100 bucks shipped. Give me an email if you would like some pics.
  13. Does anyone have a good used set laying around they don't need? Rims only! Pm me if you do.
  14. You read my mind! They all look like the same damn car when all said and done.
  15. you've got a pm
  16. Whats the size on those?
  17. Slime, the only thing you need to do to rejet is buy some new main jets. 1 for each carb, and they run about 3.50 each normally. Like wallrat said, buy a clymers and do it yourself. You will be damn happy you did!
  18. Carefully use the edge of a razor blade to scrape off the melted crap. That worked excellent for me!
  19. It certainly looks better than before! I think it looks awesome!
  20. There is a 1/8 mile dirt oval called Cedar Lake speedway in western Wisconsin. I went there for the first time today. They had a bunch of motorcycle classes and an open atv class. There were a few banshees there to my surprise. Mostly four strokes though, 250r's and 450's I think. They look the same to me. Anyway, the banshees were loaded with the basic mods and they did ok. I went to the pit area to talk to them and asked if they were members of the HQ. Nope! Anyone here race on ovals? It looks like something I might do next year if I could figure on how to setup the shee for this type of racing.
  21. OMG! It is a beautiful thing!!!!
  22. Dollar for dollar, you will never find a better performing car than the Z28 or the TA with the LS1. Besides, Subaru's are f*cking GAY! They are so ugly! And find me a brown rice burner that makes your heart rate go up when you hear the sound of the exhaust. Of course, this is just my opinion, and you should get whatever the hell makes you wet in the pants when the hammers down.
  23. I need some advice badly. I've been reading other threads like crazy but still cannot decide on what size to get. I think I have decided to get some knarlys, but I don't know if I should get 20 or 22 inch tires. I could really use some extra ground clearance but I don't want to jeopordize any performance. For those of you that run a 15/41 setup for your gearing like me, do you think it would be okay to run a 22 inch tire?? john
  24. Good one PTT!
