  1. I'm not sure yet. Only the left side pipe has a dent in it. Either than that they are fine. I am still going to call CPI and see if they can do anything for me.
  2. On average how much more power does a 4mm stroker put out than say, just a piped & filter banshee?
  3. I had a 400ex for a few years until I rode my friends ported banshee, I sold the 400ex a few months later. Best thing I ever did!
  4. The way I understand it is that T6's are designed for a stock motor (non-ported). And the T-5's are designed if you are going to port. I still think the T5's would be excellent pipes even if you arent going to port.
  5. Well, wheres the hook up!?
  6. That sounds like a lot of extra work to me.............Domes are only like $40?
  7. I think you would be reffering to the T6's if you are not going to port. T5's if you do plan on porting. But honestly, I've rode ported banshees with T5's, thier fast, but nothing pulls harder on top than CPI's. I've never rode on Rockets but I am sure they are very similar.
  8. Sounds like a faulty reader
  9. Well...............................................There only one way to find out My friend has Craptor with a Trinity 686 kit on it, lets just say even with the Trinity kit I still whoop him. I whooped him so bad he called me last week and told me he is selling the Craptor and buying a shee!!! I knew it was just a matter of time until he bought a real wheeler
  10. Thats what I was running when I had my K&N's only.
  11. Well as some of you may remember when I wrecked I put a pretty decent size dent in my left side pipe. (I have CPI's) So I am thinking of getting new pipes. I'm trying to decide between these three. Should I get CPI's again? Or go for some Rockets or Sheerers?
  12. What was your altitude? If your only at 155psi with 15cc domes it sounds like you need a new top end to me. I'm pushing at about 155 almost 160 with my 19's here in slc.
  13. Sweet! Let me know, once the weather gets decent again I will be riding almost every weekend at Sand Mountain. 15cc I would think thats quite a bit of compression if your not ported and have your crank welded. When I bought my Noss head, I talked to Dave, he recommended not going past the 19's here in slcc with factory crank & no port.
  14. You simply cant go wrong with Noss!
  15. Thanks for the recommendation on the Cascade!! It was a good investment. Now if it only doesnt rain sunday I can go out and see how shee runs. How much did you pay for the flexikool?
  16. http://www.rickystator.com/pages/Yamaha_Ba...ming_plate.html I dont know if I would go +8, that pretty far to me. I think I would stick around +4 - +6
  17. I just duct taped my noss head on..........................
  18. Hmmm...... Shearer or Rockets......now you got me thinking.
  19. Exactly what Dunedemon said. I just switched from the mohawks to the smooth buffs. The mohawks do seem to turn better, but I am a hill climbing fool thats why I switched to the smooths.
  20. sounds like pilots to me.
  21. What kind of deal you gonna hook me up with to make the switch....?
  22. I installed my new Cascade radiator the other day. I noticed when I installed the hoses for the top and bottom outlets on the radiator the outlets are a little smaller than the factory radiator. Does anyone know of any stainless hoses that are made?
  23. I say if you dont ever ride in wet condition then ditch your whole airbox and get clamp on k&n's with outerwares
  24. This is interesting. Some people I have talked to said the rad valves are junk and the V force are way better. Now I am curious. Does anyone have any dyno results of the V force vs. rad valve?
