Yea I read through this again when you change pipes you have to change your main carb jets, and play with the needles. list any other mods, location, evlavation to your shee and someone here can get you close.
yes if one is loose or comes off you lose spark to that plug wire and it will cut out and start backfiring in that cylinder then eventually kill the engine. You might have loosened one up when putting on your pipes. unscrew and check the endcaps of the plug wires too could be some rust in there cut alittle off and rescrew on add some dielectric grease to them.
drain oil adn antifeeze take off the clutchside cover the seal where the waterpipe goes into the engine is probably shot its an oring on the outside of the inner pipe
If you are going to trail port i would go with the T-5's I believe they would react to porting better than the others. and still carry the bottom and mids nice till the porting.
my 2 cents
RZ350 intakes don't have a crossover.Same intakes without the top holes.I mean block them off with something plugs the holes. seeing if anyone has done this and how it ran.
cannot get the iradiums yet and they won't get here till 5-25 just taking preorders right now. Pm me your address and prefer M.O. no mre paypal they fucked me last week.I will take personal check it will take 5 days to clear!
my own bump I know some guys can't or have a hard time getting these plugs so I thought this was a pretty good price for them too 1.95 around here each. That is a shipped price too 1.45 lots of ten or more
check your needle see where its at air screw should be 1.5 out for stock, don't use the air screw to set your idle use the screws on top the tors, tun each the same. what kind of pipes airbox, filter
well to tell you the truth banshee's aren't made to idle for long 2 minutes and I go you are supposed to blip the throttle and warm it up not let it set there and idle. How did you set your idle after you installed the kit.
