    I noticed on mine the right side was doing the same thing and I realized I had a bad pingle wasn't getting enough fuel to supply both carbs at idle,I didn't clean it just got a new one for an 87 it was old! pulled the choke same thing because it was sucking from the left to supply both. Changed it out and BRAPP BRAPP ready to rip. Just a thought

    the chain adjusters are on the back axle in the rear of the bike you have to loosen the axle swing bolts abd loosen the lock nuts then screw them in they have to be turned the same amount ( count your threads ) or the axle will be turned one way too much and It will dogleg while riding.

    on the outside of each carb you will se a beveled knob you have to grind them flat first them punch the center for the drill bit to go straight them drill em and fill em make sure they are flat the screw will suck air if not and KABOOM! $$$$

    look thru the parts lists and it tells you bolt size and thread, well hell their all metric sizes adn most are the same just different lengths
