Try turning the air screws But make sure they are the same. It sounds like it may need a little more fuel so you would turn them in. If that makes it worse though turn them back out. Pilot screws working range is .5 to 2.5 out. it should be set at 2 out from factory.

Also make sure the pilot screws are the same turns out and the carbs are properly sequenced.

B.S Ride trails slow behind my buddys Brute all day and never over heated. Over heating means there is a problem. Not enough fuel, air leak or something.

Are you sure its got the right jet in it may need more fuel.
