  1. Will it turn with a wrench, just not back out? Take a piece of wood preferably an oak 2x2 place it against the threaded end and whack it with a large rubber mallet, this is exactly what I used to get mine out just a few months ago.
  2. Yea I'll pitch in also so no single person has to bite the entire cost. Cole, once you get the price I can either paypal you the amount or catch you at work one. I have to pick up some chrome stuff this Friday. Just let me know fellas.
  3. What about placing the spacers behind the reeds and doing a dyno? May even smooth out the power more. Just a thought. Good posts btw on the dyno runs.
  4. Well if they didn't put antifreeze in it and didn't plan on it I believe they would of made a note to say BTW you don't have any antifreeze in there, do you want us to put some in it for you? This is what should of taken place. Thing is they just flat out overlooked it. I can't imagine any shop releasing a motor that isn't ready to roll without discussing what it needs prior to running the motor. You may have jumped the gun with the BBB though, just pissed them off now they are going to fight you all the way.
  5. I've pulled reeds out after 5 years and still look good and within specs for cage clearance. So I'm not sure, yet to wear any out.
  6. Well put it on today, I was wondering what the extra washer/seal things was for, thought it may be for a different machine. Well it pays to read the directions, it told me to remove the factory dust seal which i did and replaced it with the supplied unit. Well I have to say the feel is awesome. Takes very little stregth to get it on the throttle as compared to the stock unit. It may take a tad getting used to, seems like you may have to move your hand out on the grip just a tad to allow for the greater length of the lever. I'll test it on a ong ride whn it gets warmer out. Thanks for the input guys.
  7. There is only 2 oils I would even consider using in a high performance 2 stroke or motorcycles and that is Amsoil or Mobil 1. To me these oils are second to none but prefer Mobil due to the immediate availability over Amsoil. I think these are the best the synthetic world has to offer.
  8. WORD! I'm addicted, it's like a ,-------{///////]===(). I can't stop playing even though I have the high scores.
  9. Ditto on the front bumper, looks real good though.
  10. My Hinson basket had no type of warning in the box or anywhere on it. The kevlar plates would have nothing to do with the baskets fingers.
  11. It's actually a waste and alone will not increase your power if it's unoxygenated. It is beneficial for high compression motors with advanced timing to decrease the likely hood of detonation. So in other words if you don't run high compression you won't see any benefit either way. It won't hurt the motor to use it, just the pocket book.
  12. Check this place, if there is a SS zerk fitting I bet you can get it here. LINK
  13. Yea, wouldn't call it a minor choking, by the looks of it dude was prolly within inches of loosing his life. Not quite a UFC scuffle but a good one anyone. Dude tried to tap out early but the guy on top wasn't having any of that.
  14. Scared the piss outa my dog.
  15. Yea I don't have any shocks, but if someone does just give me there paypal payment address and I'll make sure the shipping gets there quicker.

    Throttle Lever

I have just the lever itself, not the whole unit. Is just the lever itself what your looking for?
  17. Don't forget Mother's billet for the aluminum. I always take mine to the carwash after I ride. I have to use the spot free rinse or I would be drying for an hour.
  18. Just some info on how Wal-Mart does business. My brother was a manager at a pallet company and he was looking to pick up Wal-Mart's business in the state. They told him to give them a price that's better than any of his current customers and never sell pallets cheaper to any other company and he could have wal-marts business. I think he had to put that in a contract to pick their business up, they sure don't mess around. Their big and they know it.
  19. i dont know the details exactly. but it deals with the something about the different stroke effecting the transfer port timing. PS: i like trinity, theyve always done me good. 289303[/snapback] That is if you don't use a spacer plate.
  20. Sure do!! Cascade Innovations
  21. Is there no years for I, O,Q, V, or you been drinkin?
  22. That's a pretty significant contribution SDD, PM me your paypal address and I'll pitch in on the shipping.
  23. A local atv shop mounted one of my shark fin fronts backwards on the rim. Glad I noticed it before I left there. Told the guy about it and he didn't understand. I thought I was going to have to bust out the crayola's and draw a picture before this guy would understand.
