  2. Ya, I never had any problems with mine, but why tempt fate.................?
  3. Stock exhaust!!!!!! Bite your tongue...............
  4. Admitting that you have a problem is the first step to recovery, but then again who wants to recover...........
  5. Ya, they are pretty cool as far as filming. I mean I saw one once where the guy filming just ate shit and it was cool because it was like crashing but without the pain and suffering............
  6. Welcome to the addiction, er, I mean HQ..................
  7. The motor alone is worth more than that............... :: If thats the going price for it, give me your address and I'll double that to $4000 :yelrotflmao:
  8. Might try down in the images forum, and maybe even the video section may help you out...........
  9. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao:
  10. Ya, most of the time they are kids and if they can't find it on the computer they are lost. But with the modern programs they have blown up expanded parts lists and you can just point to the part you want, and hopefully they can identify that with a part number that usually is on back order for a month.......... :yelrotflmao:
  11. Hey, thats a cool lookin' helmet. How much are they askin' for them.................
  12. Ya, I hate it when you get a tool that you like and then have to fix every time you use it or have to buy a new one. But then depending on the tool, I also question its accuracy..............
  13. Ya, I'm at 1000', 75 degree's and my mods are in my sig, but I run a 52 pilot and 168 main...........
  14. You warm the quad up on the old plugs then ride to an area where you can shift up through all six gears, pull those plugs then put in the fresh ones. Start and go wide open throttle through all six gears, push the kill switch, pull in the clutch, and hold the throttle wide open till the quad comes to a stop. Pull the new plugs replace with old ones and go back home or camp. If they are still white you are lean and need to put in a fatter main jet. If it is chocolate brown about 2mm wide at the base of the porcelain you are dead on, but if it is black or a really wide band you are rich. This whole process I believe is outlined in the pinned section above...........
  15. I wouldn't adjust the needle to compensate for main jet change. The needle is for 1/8 to 3/4 throttle and the main is for 3/4 to full throttle, but they overlap but I would still just change the main...........
  16. About the chart idea, this is only my opinion, but I think that there is a huge difference between the variables affecting two strokes as there are affecting four's. I mean I can run a 170 in the morning when its cold and by afternoon I am in a 168, and then back to the 170 for the night rides. Not to mention different elevations, humidities and mods on each bike. It might work but its going to be one complicated chart.............. Just my .02
  17. Less restiction, but man that ride is going to be pretty loud...............
  18. Well that explains the great price, now would be a good time to go through the quad and see what else is messed up...............
  19. I remember messing with that on my shee shen I put it back together last time and I had to take the tension off by loosening up the the six tension springs on the clutch itself. I think that with the heavy duty springs I used from FAST it put too much tension on that philips haed and nut, but when the six bolts were loosened then it turned really easy. So, if you are tightening it with tension on it already and when the tension is removed (clutch engaged) it may be backing off...............
  20. Ya, the stock brake switches are on the hand brake lever and down at the rear brake foot lever. I'd just replace those and be done with it................
  21. I don't know 2 slo Jim, but I have 1 slo brother................ :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: Sorry couldn't resist.
  22. Chase................... :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao:
  23. Best bet would be to do a plug chop on the jetting, but first you need to sync and adjust those carbs right, or you are wasting your time. You should be able to get it to idle with the air screw and make sure that it has the right pilot...........
  24. Beats Clymer's hands down.................
  25. Clean up, if that...............
