  3. yeah I know about the sundahl frame I was talking about the frame to the left of it..
  4. I see your point. I will be doing some snow riding myself, might try the sheet metal screws
  5. in that last photo "good comparison" is that a 250r geometry frame? that sundahl frame sits WAY up high
  6. anyone ever thought of just running tire chains? i've seen some for like 30 bucks on rocky mountain atv.
  7. here you go http://www.bansheeracing.com/cubdynos.htm
  8. In N Out is the best, double double animal style please.
  9. i believe their are certain numbers on the vin that state what year it is, I dont remeber exactly but their was a thread about it.
  10. Well what's your budget for suspension? For swingarm upgrades you can have the stock swingarm cut shorter for more traction but that's if you want to. they arent needed but would benefit for more traction. what kind of paul turner pipes do you have (mids/ hi rev)? porting type?
  11. banshee's are perfect for desert racing, although it's weak side is suspension. I looking in your profile and see you've already got the engine mods so work on the suspension. not sure if you want a longer swingarm, you would get less traction, go shorter. definately a steering stabilizer, 5 gallon ims tank, whole new front suspension +2+1 a-arms with new shocks, rebuilt rear shock, skids, etc
  12. why you getting rid of her?
  13. man let me tell you...I rode a banshee setup with +2+1 a-arms with custom axis shocks this weekend ...and it rode like a dream, soaked up everything, nice and plush, rode way better than a works setup I rode. I can't really tell you about anything else because all i've tried out is works and axis, but alot of people like tcs, just depends on what your looking for. theirs a lot of discussions in the suspension section about what shock is the best...look around.
  14. you will lose bottom end...unless you have a bunch of compression
  15. is it only ca? man that sucks
  16. never heard of LaGrange...might have to check it out...is it anything like hollister and carnegie?
  17. blue would look good... but out of the green and orange i would pick green
  18. you seem to have a pretty good setup right now...I agree with the suspension though, stock is not pretty at all. dont get the porting too much in the favor of dragging because then when you go to the trails you wont like it. I dont know what's your budget for the suspension but alba has a pretty nice deal on front suspension, +2+1 a-arms, works or elka dual rate shocks, and steel braided brake lines for around the $900 range, it's a pretty good deal. a few members on the board have it and like it.
  19. porting...what type of riding do you do?
  20. you have 34mm carbs with no porting? I would say get some porting done . Do you strictly hillclimb?
  21. yeah me 2 here goes your pics...nice bike
  22. shee's are great for us big guys, you should be fine
  23. yeah well I do take that back now that I see...maybe I should've said on a stock bike...
  24. 1 word...dust...looks like the rain didn't help at all...met this kid with a nice shee ...+2+1 a-arms w/ axis shocks...that thing rode smooth as hell...a guy's raptor from the riding group went flyin down a hill...luckily it didnt hit a tree or anything it got stuck in some bushes...he was a beginner. you really didn't miss anything...too much dust to enjoy the riding enough...but it was good to get a few rides in ..
  25. rode one this weekend...like i said I didn't say the gnarly's were bad...its all about how you setup your bike....I haven't rode the gnarly's so I can't say anything about them, likewise for you with the mids. we can only speak from experiences so dont get on my case when I state my opinion....everyone is entitled to one...
