Could be something earlier but I really dont know how to tell, I emailed Toomey again and they are pretty picky about which emails they want to reply too. I didnt even think about how big the silencers were when I got the pipes either I just wanted to get them repacked and ready to put on and when I got the sparkys out I knew there was a problem once I grabbed them. Im thinking maybe it could be a way older silencer because Toomey said the Hush Kit would fit T-4's which are they same size as the sparkys so maybe they are from something else. Oh well Im just going to end up selling them and going with T-5's so I know I will have no issues.

Needing some inframe pipes. I live in MI and go to Silver Lake alot so they must be 98 db or under, and must be able to spark arrest them. If you got a set, post pics and how much you want. Thanks

Are the pistons included?? Whats low dollar on the cylinders?

Anyone happen to know if Toomey made different diameter silencers? I got a set here for T-4 Pipes and I also have a pair of Sparky spark arrestors that will not fit the silencers because the diameter of the silencer is too big. I emailed Toomey asking if the Hush Kit would fit T-4's and they said they use the same silencers as T-5's but I dont see how seeing how the base part that gets the snap ring put on it to hold it on is the same size as these spark arrestors. The end of the silencers are so big that I can fit the entire end of the sparky in about 2 inches or so. Is there some special end cap that I need to make these work or will I need new silencers or anything to get these to work at all. Outer diameter on these silencers is 3". Can anyone else measure theirs and see what you come up with for size? I'll post some pics to give you guys a better idea of what Im talking about.

It should come out with Mothers. I used Blue Magic on mine which is topical also and my blueing was so bad that it was black down by the header and I got it out.

They are similar in construction to the shocks that you mention, the differences are more apparent in person than in the photos. Yeah I just got a email back from Toomey saying the Hush Kit will hook up too any Banshee Toomey Pipes, so thats good news. As for the more power thing, I heard that also, hear it gives you 2hp peak.

Possibly getting some T-4's, just wondering will the Hush Kit mount right up too these? I do believe they just go on the silencers right?

Ok thanks for the info, rsheppick. As for the paper, it does have step by step instructions but the thing it dont explain i show to remove the clutch basket and that is what Ive never done before.

Well I have my Shift Pro kit sitting here and was wondeirng if there is anything I should know beforing starting it, see it says to drain oil and coolant. As for removing clutch basket, is there anything I can mess up doing this? I've never had to take one apart before so Im not sure what Im exactly dealing with here. Anyone else on here ever install one? Any info is much appreciated, thanks.

So you think I should be fine with my stock jets and add the vitos power jets and adjust with those?

What would you guys recommend for a starting point for my jetting? Heres what I got -Vforce III reeds -Vitos +4 timing key -Stock Air box with pro flow adapter and K&N filter with precharger.. Running stock lid but would like to take it off -And I will be adding Toomey T-4's in the next few days. Any ideas where I can start from? Or what I should put in, I plan on getting the Power Jet kit from vitos. Elevation is 871 ft
