  1. Need a campsite for June 24th through most of following week. Any phone numbers?
  2. Sorry to hear about your luck, but hopefully you'll get it all straightened out and I will see you at Silver Lake.
  3. Did you check your flywheel? Especially if you have had it off recently.
  4. I run Fatty's and every dyno comparison I've seen are real close to the t-5's. I ride w/guys w/the t-5's, and it just usually comes down to who raced better that day.
  5. Need more info. Are they both firing when you are taking off?
  6. I agree. I use the stocker.
  7. If you decide to sell here, am interested in the noss head. Could you please PM me w/a price and domesize? Thanks.
  8. If you have an impact, it will spin that nut right off. If not, you need to jam a rag in the gears between the primary drive and the clutch basket gear, then hold the center some how. There is a tool made by motion pro and other companys that holds the two(basket and center hub) from spinning. You may be able to jimmy a way.
  9. I'll see you all there. I will be there friday through Monday. Have to leave for most of day saturday. Will have 6-7 w/me.
  10. Maybe I am not understanding you right ish, but the less fuel you have, the leaner you are. The more oil you add to your mixture, the leaner you will be. Lean or rich isn't necessarily your gas to oil mix, it is your fuel to air ratio.
  11. There is a different filter for your on + reserve tube. Petcock filter is plugged. A UK oz is different than a us oz. 128 in a U.S. gallon, 160 in a U.K. gallon. W/3oz of oil you are running 42:1 us measurement, or 53:1 U.K. measurement. I don't know what your oil recomends, but I would stay pretty close to 40:1 w/just about anything good.
  12. Happy b-day
  13. Will be there Friday, Sunday, and Monday. Hope to run in to some of you guys. I put Sparky spark attestors on my oval powercore 2's, and I had to file down the the rib that runs down the top side of the silencer. But I got em on. I have seen dunlands(or DAR) run out of them on holidays, so if there is another place you can get them before hand, it might be a good idea.
  14. You might try lowering the clip on the needle to richen up you midrange ckt. Sounds lean to me. A hesitation or pinging would indicate a lean condition. Bog would more indicate a rich condition.
  15. If you are still running stock pilots, I would probably bump them up to 30's w/porting and pipes. When you said the plugs were wet, did you rev it up at all, or just let it idle?
  16. I have almost the exact same setup as you, except I have boyseen reeds, and i am at sea level. I run 330's, 27.5 pilot, clip 2nd from top(blunt end of needle). You should be really close w/ 320's.
  17. Does oil spray out, or do you just have a grimey seepage from the silencer? If oil sprays out pretty good, you may have a bad crank seal. It would have nothing to do w/your rings.
  18. If your pipes are blueing by the exhaust port, usually means you are lean on your jetting. Probably need to go up in your jetting. Some guys may tell you that blueing is normal, but that is an ongoing debate. I personally would go fatter on your jetting to make sure you don't run into trouble. Never hurts to be a little fat on your jetting.
  19. If you want to travel about 3hrs north of 80, silver lake sand dunes are in Michigan right on Lake Michigan. Very beautiful place, but only about 400 acres of ridable dunes. You can ride the place in a day though, and then move on. If you decide to make the trek, pm me and I will give you some directions.
  20. Spud, shut up and post the girl in your banner on the images website. We want to see titties.
  21. He's still doing them.
  22. I believe you want to get ahold of "banshee". I know he did a few of the guys banners.
  23. Thanks for the resopnse. If you have a hard time selling for any reason, and you want to part any of it out, please pm me before you do.
  24. Lower gearing doesn't just make a difference in 6th, makes your 2nd, and 3rd and so on taller. If you have the power to pull it, makes a hell of a difference in a dragrace. I'd much rather have to shift four times in 300 ft than five or six. But mx is a different story.
