  1. Word. The Direct Drive die cast cover is far superior to anything else those other folks are doing. To clarify my previous post: Cascade sell the Direct Drive Cover.
  2. Here are the two I currently have:
  3. One of them maybe said Yamaha Blue on the balck in black pen. If that's one you got, then the color is nearly a perfect match.
  4. Buy one from Direct Drive or Cascade.
  5. He also does something with a dog and peanut butter, but I am not sure if that's a job............ :ermm:
  6. EPDM = ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber :geek:
  7. Mine is awesome:
  8. As I eluded to previously, the modern cylinder designs move enough air at a velocity that would require a very widley varying power vavle that moves more quickly than a mechanical valve can support. This type of application would need a sufficiently complex electronic command of the valve that it gets to the point that is outside of the commercial viability of the Banshee aftermarket. With that said, the RZ valve design is superior to most others available to us, but is most often mounted on a cylinder setup with an antiquaited port design. The Cheetah cyliders are good, but have also been surpassed with regard to their design. Some older Twister cylinders and all T-Rex cylinders suffer from the same issues. :geek:
  9. That might be right. It's either them or Dow. I can't remember off of the top of my head (hence the bonus points offer).
  10. To be fair, I don't think Cam is actually making them himself. He is having someone else make them for him. :geek:
  11. I think he might be gay............ Dudes don't check out other dudes muscles.
  12. Can I get a picture of the shock and linkage?
  13. Please note that there are two people I am going to ignore in this thread........... With that said, the Hinson basket with straight cut gears and coil spring dampners is the best basket that's out there without question. You pay for this design excellence though. Any of the less fabulous hard anodized billet basket are nearly all the same, so you can shop them by price to determine the best one of these.
  14. ...........let me step up on my soap box here for a minute: With regard to a Banshee style engine, power valves can make sense if electronically controlled in a cylinder designed for them. On the other hand, the mechanical pressure responding valves found in a Cheetah, some Big Block Twisters, T-Rex's, etc., need a very specific set of conditions to work properly. Aftermarket cylinder block designs have progressed to a point with Banshee style engines that power valves don't make sense for most folks. If y'all are interested, I can dive deeper into this.....
  15. Word. You can get Viton or it's non-proprietary (bonus points to someone who knows the company who owns the rights to Viton) counterpart in black, brown, grey, orange, red, and fruity blue color.
  16. Viton is what you need for the fire face of the domes unless you are weirdo like a few of us and cut the domes to use copper wire rings. EPDM will work for the rest of the o-rings in the head.
  17. Price and photos for the a-arms please.
  18. Gone to eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=260352426185
  19. Gone to ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=260352414208
  20. The packing is probably old and oil soaked/burned. You need to take them apart an repack them.
  21. You generally lose a large amount of interitia with a PVL due to the lack of a flyweel. I would try going to back to an OEM iginition if I were you. I have a long list of other technical complaints about a PVL as well.............. :geek:
  22. Word.
  23. Here's what I've got:
  24. Hook a brother up with pictures and a price for the a-arms.
