  1. I already flow benched them and they seem to work well, or atleast better than a larger set. The trick will be tuning them. I think i have everything figured out except how to sneak the jets themselves on the bore. As for other getting the cheap powerjets, I'll have to talk to the guy, but it seems to me he was selling them on eBay awhile back for like $18, thats how I met him.
  2. Its only a waste if thats all I was doing to the carb. After a little flow bench research I found broing the body of the carb out to 32mm and dropping a 28mm slide if after boring the slide bor as well yields a significantly higher flow than a standard 34mm Lectron. Its an experiment, but it should yield some high rpm hp. Besides, the powerjets I'm using only cost $8 a piece.
  3. Could I see a picture of the haulers? I have a post in the Want to Buy section. If you have some of that stuff, shoot me an email.
  4. I'd be interested in buying them outright.
  5. Shoot me an email and I'll see what I can do with them. My address is [email protected]
  6. How much would you sell the bars for out right?
  7. A verbal explanation would also be sufficient at this point. Possibly some verbal abuse if an explanation isn't out there somwhere?
  8. Ahh yes those Taiwanese calipers are pretty high quality. I have a few pair I can send you. One pair is missing its needle off the dial, yet it still has the plastic cover on the dial, but needle completely disappeared. Another set has a tooth broken off the slide pinion in a place that just happens to be near the calipers zero area, so they always zero out ot something diffferent +/- .05. I also have a set of digital calipers that are originally an 8" set, but then i gently set them down one day and all of a sudden they thought they were 779" long. Somewhere in the middle of the travel after going what it thought was who knows how many inches the calipers would arbitrarily switch over to metric. The reason I still have these is that I like to take them over to one a friend of mine's shop and set them out and watch to see who uses them, and then keeps using them. My budddy thinks its hilarious when a couple of his employees keep using them, however he doesn't seem to think its funny if he's the one that picks up a pair and uses them.
  9. I'd like to say, at this point, Brooke scares me a little bit, and that nasty01banshee might be gay. Just a couple observations. Do with them what you will.
  10. Goes off? Interesting term useage. Anyways, I wouldn't use any mixed gas older than a three day weekend old. The gas and oil separate out, but will never remix the same. Your best bet is to mix your gas and oil when you are putting it into the bikes tank and drain it before storing it over an extended period, which basically mean ride her till she's out of gas efroe you put her away.
  11. It's not a Kasea. Kasea's actually aren't the worst things in the world. However I believe this is a Kymco which is made in Taiwan. All of the parts are original to Kymco. None of which are very good. I would suspect this would be a good quad for a younger child.
  12. This guy has some other RD stuff for sale as well, so check his other auctions. My excuse for leaving the link out is that I'm a slattern. If you don't know what that word means then here is a link where you can look it up. www.dictionary.com
  13. I have the white Tech 8's with the extra ventilation. They are fantastic in the sand.
  14. This ins't my auction, but I'm sure someone can use an unbroken set fore something. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...sspagename=WDVW
  15. i enjoy it when my wife gives me the rusty trombone one in a while. I'm pretty sure the rusty trombone is the same as the Polish trombone. If its not, then we probably just oughta let the issue go.
  16. If anyone has a couple pictures of power jet installation on a set of stock carbs, I would love to see them. Specifically, the float and intake body area. I am having a hard time finding a place that I like on the body to mount them. The other question is where the feed nipple goes on the float bowl. I have only use Lectrons on my previous builds and decided to try something new with modifying stock carbs.
  17. so if you get a dyna fs you will have to put your timing back to 0. why? what if your at plus 3 will that affect anything. This is because a couple of the four preset curves in the dyna box have the advance built in to them. Make sure you take your plate back to zero. THe dyna boxes are worth the money. Plus, you can get the software and patch cable to program your own spark maps with your laptop.
  18. NYUK, are you sure its not the polish trombone. If you don't know what that is, you may not want to.
  19. I wouldn't buy a U.S. made auto, as there has not been a good one made since the 1911. A large caliber wheel gun tends to be too heavy to conceal and carry. I have never heard anything bad about the baby glocks.

  21. I actually read the post wrong when I posted, I thought someone left a blank post and you were making fun of the person as well. I am an embarrassment to myself and others.
  22. That was seriously one of the funniest things I've heard in awhile. To be fair, I spent a week in Utah a couple years ago when a race series we compete in stopped there. Bewtween Provo and Salt Lake City, the place drove me nuts.
  23. That kind of music is so bad, it will make you go blind.
  24. I still need all of the stuff on the list. I think I got the throttle cable covered for the time being.
