  1. I believe the Cascade stuffers are only for carbs that are 38mm or larger. Correct me if I am wrong.
  2. From my research and measurement I found the following: *M10x1.25 - 50mm is the bolt size that will work in all four foot pegs holes assuming atleast a 2mm thick washer is used. *I have a shockingly small supply of metric fasteners. None of which, were M10x1.25. *The Fastenerguy bolt kit tens to use M10x1.5 fasteners for holes that are 10mm in diameter and where a nut is involved (nut is also supplied with the kit. I assume the reason for doing this is that M10x.1.5 is a much more common fastener size and therefore a bit less expensive (there is nothing wrong with doing that by the way. I also assume that this reason is also the reason foot peg bolts do not come in his kits. *I forgot that I had reinforced the foot peg area on my red bike and in doing so I installed M10x1.5 threaded bosses which I made on a lathe. Pending me having some difficulty after I obtain the proper fasteners, I am satisfied with the solution I put together with the help of several HQ members. As always, you guys are awesome!
  3. That's awesome! Not only did I learn what it really was, I also got to just about wet myself laughing at some of the other responses. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao:
  4. I have seen a douche or two and I can't really figure out where a bag comes in to play in the process. An acceptable definition also might be the buy that keeps typing in "penis" into the HQ shout box. :ermm:
  5. Maybe we can salvage this thread a bit by defining what a douche bag is. Does anyone want to explain that? :geek:
  6. I haven't really heard anything good about the alloyboltz kits that were sold after the owner died. I have seen a come pictures of some bolts from one of the Alloyboltz kits and they were ungraded decorative fasteners. I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone, even if I didn't like the person.
  7. Are talking about a Clymer or a Factory Yamaha manual?
  8. Speaking of 125lbs. people and tossing out ideas. May be we could have a midget throwing contest? We used to have Canadian tossing contest when we went up to the bars in Canada when I was in college.
  9. Oh, god dammit. I am going to measure the god damn things myself when I get home tonight.
  10. I bought the Fastenerguy kit partly because of your reccomendation if thaty makes you feel any better.
  11. Are you saying that you are giving out more BJ's this month? :ermm:
  12. The Panda serves fast food. I am still trying to figure out what they put in there foos that makes me drink 2 gallons of water after I eat it.
  13. You guys are killing me here. What manual do you have that tells you the bolt size? None of manuals mentioned it. The metric bolt lenght given in inches made me giggle though. Thanks.
  14. The guy that started this thread has some version of tourette's syndrome and is generally ignored around here.
  15. If you were to follow Dave's donkey upgrade strategy, you may find that the crack upgrade to your ass should have been done during the beta testing period.
  16. I didn't know they had invented horses yet, when you were in high school either.
  17. What sort of help are you specifically looking for? What class is this for? What are the requirements / directions for this assignment? I'll try to help you as best I can. I'll make fun of Dave later, since everyone knows that they hadn't invented homework yet when he went to high school.
  18. I'd believe that. At that fancy apartment complex that I used to live in, in Irvine, CA, there were a few groups of them that had a ton of people living in one apartment, including some of them living in the detached garage.. They never seemed to stay that lonng though, as I am assuming the apartment community gave them the boot for doing that or that $1700/month rent for a one bedroom apartment was still too much for 20 of them to pay. Nevertheless, there would be another group of them moving in as soon as one group was gone.
  19. Cool, I really appreciate it. For some reason I remember that there are a couple different lengths of OEM fasteners used on the foot pegs. I might be wrong though. I have the memory of a 4 year old when I am not at work. I also can't make a decision on anything for the life of me if I am not at work.
  20. I know you are talking about the Alloybolt kit from eBay, but I would like to reninforce the fact that the Fastenerguy kit does come with quality, graded fasteners, that are not made from Chinese mystery material.
  21. The tap size and a WAG at the thread length would be great. I already knew I wasn't getting upper a-arm bolts. Luckily the hardware store by my house has an awesome fastener selection and if they don't have what I need they have a giant fastener catalog that I can order from and have my order shipped to their store, next day, for free.
  22. That is about what I can remember is that the bolts are something like an M12, but I can remember for sure. I think there are also two different lengths of bolts used on the foot pegs. I am still hoping someone actually knows the diameter, pitch, and length for sure.
  23. Yeah that it exactly what I purchased. I was a bit skeptical of the bolt quality when I ordered that kit and I promised that I would start a thread detailing what I thought of the fastners in this particular kit.
  24. As the titel states, does anyone know what size the four foot pegs bolts are. I am too lazy to wander down to the garage and take my red bike apart to find out. Plus, it may be useful info for someone else on here.
  25. Apparently my kit did not come with foot peg bolts, which is mildly annoying. However, for $90 I suspect I can put up with alot of stuff like that. Does anyone have an idea of what size the four foot peg bolts are?
