  1. I think 34s would be overkill on stock motor but if you plan on gettin some porting to match it then by all means get em

  3. I love my job (sometimes) we have alot more fun than you probably should throwin garbage in a truck but hey how can ya resist playin with the cool stuff ya find. Im not missin highschool to much but sure as hell aint lookin forward to goin back to a tech school
  4. I heard somewhere if you store it near an open flame it lasts for a real long time, just a suggestion i dont no if it works or not
  5. Yup mine runs great on top but it wasnt till i went down on the pilots it would idle it had 30s and it would choke itself at idle
  6. Whats up bud, i run 30mm mikunis on my shee and i just got her perfected on low end after bout 2 years. Running the smallest pilots i could find around here(not exactly sure but there real dam small) needle on the leanest clip, and 220 mains, this is with sst pipes, porting, v force 2s, k&n with no lid. It still runs a bit choppy in 1st but not as bad as it once did O yeah check the packing on your silencers, this made a bigger diffrence than changing jets on my low end, i no that choppy until you get in the powerband and it rips type feeling better than anyone check your silencers, does it rev up nice at idle or load up?

  11. Ok just got done with a frsh top end on my 99, put on my new ported cylinders, v force 2s, and 30mm carbs . Starts 1st kick every time good compressoin, idles good a bit on the rich side, when you ride it it runs like shit, the motor runs comlpltly flat it has no kick to it at all, 1st you can feel it try to pull but everyother gear.... nothin at all. Its not a jetting issue i dont think i had 210 mains and tried up to 260 and it still runs horrible, also adjusted the needle no better, so basicly if you run it up the road theres no powerband to it, sometimes it will sounds like its gettin on the pipe but its not pullin, clutch is also good on the bike so anything that can get this thing runnin better let me no, thanx
  12. Yo, problem was bad cdi took my cdi off my 97 and swaped em and she fired right the f up and reved to the moon, so for futer reference start on 1st kick good idle but no rev may be cdi?? Thanx for all the help and support Peace time to ride

Yeah dude im parting my shee out on here and i make it clear that i wanna back 100% of the shit i sell to the point where if there was a scratch in somthing they didnt like id have there money back in the mail the next day, its also gotta be rough if he did send the parts and they got lost or somthing cuase that makes him look bad but thats not your fualt at all your money was sent and if you get no parts your money should be back in your hands immediatly cuase any mess up on his part isnt your problem...

  15. Still tons of stuff left tie rods with brand new tusk ends, cables, shocks, radiator, also got a pro flow kit with foam filter its the 2 into 1 air filter, lots of good stuff sold at your best offers

You mean so you can help me lol, anways what i did so far dissconect all tors and parkinmg brake stuff that i no of, looked at all wires there nothins loose, when you say the 2 parking brake wires you mean you cut em and just spliced em together? Ill take the stator cover off and check but the thing is so many people have had this problem and no one ever says how they fixed ikt

Just wanna say thanx cuase you seem to be the only one willing to help, anyways went through all wires and im just stumped it has to be somthing cutting the throttle out, i dissconected the tors wire from the black box, the park brake wire from the throttle box and the 2 black and yellow plugs that go into the tors ontop of the carbs, im plain stupmed here, cant be a bad coil or anything becuase it starts every kick and idles fine, and the throttle is bien cut out so evenly its gotta be somthin to do with the park brake or tors but where the hell else can i disconect em?? HELP PLZ
  21. I have a hydrolic clutch so all the factory stuff is out the door, but im convinced as you mentiond the 2 wires coming from the throttle are causing it. I read up on some old threads and it seems LOTS of people had this same exact problem idle but nothing else, so i did disconect the wires coming from the throttle unplugged em and still no go kinda bummed but not abouut to give up, so whats up those 2 wires coming from the throttle where can they have come loose?
  22. My shee has the park brake block off plate thing, im not sure where the park brake is i belive its gone, both of my banshees were bought used so i never really seen these things before they were played around with. thanx for the input tho

  24. Ok she was runnin great, railed it around a turn and then it died. So start it back up and it starts every kick idles good but when you hit the gas it just cuts out keeps runnin but it wont rev sounds like its bouncin off the govener but its at low idle.. Tors is all hooked up, i tried disconecting the black box and the wires that come out from the throttle but it still does the same thing any ideas?
  25. Ok heres the deal, takes lots of kicking to start, tho compression should be good. When your ruunnin it it bogs from a start and the right side cuts out till you get on it, once your in the band she rips but when you let off it cuts out and bogs. This is all on my 99 banshee which i bought as few days ago riddin 1 time in the past few years. Got new plugs in her and a bit of new gas. Also the side thats cuttin ouut the plug is dark and a bit of oil while the left side is a nice tan color. Noticed some sparks when i let off the gas to goin pretty fast down a road. Im no newb to banshees ive had a 97 for 3 years no and ive been through hell and back with it. So basicly from a stop you gotta give lots of gas to get it movin or else it will bog out, when you get into the powerband both cyls kick in and it rips like it should.. Just cleaned the carbs out good but havnt gotton to ride her with the clean carbs yet, jw if you guys thing this is somthin big or just clogged jet. Im prayin o n this one cuase i just bought the damn thing and really wanna get some ridin in
